Template usage

It seems the template you used on User talk:MixedHarsH contained a live {{help me}} tag which, in case you were not aware, not only adds the page to Category:Wikipedians looking for help, but also sends an alert in to IRC as to the request for help... this is not a telling off, but please consider placing a template link instead using {{tl}} rather than the tag itself, I have changed it this time for you - RichT|C|E-Mail 22:50, 27 July 2024 (UTC)

Dear Wikipedia Administrator,
My Guanine Concern attributing from beigninng I am sorry to request a reconsideration of the block on the account “Downforwiki” for creating sockpuppets. I confess that I was at fault and violated some rules of Wikipedia. I sincerely apologize for making this account, my intentions were right but it doesn’t mean that it is correct now. In future, I promise to adhere strictly to Wikipedia’s policies with an aim of contributing more efficiently using my original account. Forgive me for all these negative aspects of my behavior.
Note:*I do understand that such action is against WP policy and strongly appologise for it.I’m very sorry if there are any mistakes committed and kindly ask you oportunity for editing.
My intention wasn’t to mess up with wikipedia, so there was no need for blocking as means of preventing anything wrong from happening, in my opinion. Furthermore, I want to point out that this behavior has no connection whatsoever with the block or another IP address. If there was a different problem and I am held captive without reason then please reconsiderteen..
I promise solemnly that this will never happen again but strict adherence to the rules of WP is guaranteed here.. Ignoring the issue with sock puppetry, I don't think you have enough proficiency with English to edit English Wikipedia. Try the version of Wikipedia in your native language. You'll be able to communicate with the admins much easier (and they'll understand what you're saying), and you'll better understand the rules. See m:List of Wikipedias.
