People would generally employ different terms to describe migrations if not for the aspect of inserting the idea of racial motivation.The wording is a conventionally a fair descriptor to that end. Where definition is agreeable, the properly descriptive word allows concise rendition in place of spelling out the definition. -rv Tags: Undo Reverted
