The 2010 United States Senate election in Indiana will take place on November 2, 2010 alongside 33 other elections to the United States Senate in other states and elections to the United States House of Representatives and various state and local elections. The election will fill Indiana's Class III Senate seat, currently held by Democrat Evan Bayh. Bayh was first elected in 1998 and was re-elected in 2004. In his most recent election in 2004, Bayh captured 62% of the vote against Republican Marvin Scott.
