Two Topics that should be included in mens' magazines are The Use Of Natural Products for Skin care, and The Need to Exfoliate (remove dead skin cells) and Moisturize the skin. Both play a major role in the look, feel, and radiance of the skin. Removing dead skin cells and moisturizing the skin is essential to skin health. While the removal of dead skin cells creates a new and vibrant look, moisturizing keeps the skin soft, moisturized, and youthful. A daily regiment for cleansing and moisturizing, and a weekly regiment for exfoliating is essential to healthy skin in even Men. Natural products don't contain chemicals, synthetic dyes, parabens, and perfumes but they are NOT often the topic in Men's magazines. You don't often hear a man say that he buys natural products or that he reads the label of the skin care products that he uses. Most men just go to the store and buy what they want. Reading labels isn't a thing to do. However, understanding the carcinogenic nature of chemicals in skin care products could change this behavior. Here are a few of the top ingredients that should be avoided in skin care products: Perfumes and Fragrances Just because it smells good does'nt mean that it is good for your skin. Most fragrances are synthetic origin, many toxic or carcinogenic (causing or contributing to cancer). Fragrances affect the central nervous system and cause depression, hyperactivity, irritability, and other behavioral changes. The label of "Fragrances" can mean a multitude of synthetic and toxic chemicals. When looking for something that smells good, make sure it's scented by essential oils. Alkylphenol Ethoxylates This chemical is found to reduce sperm cell count in animals and is currently under review by the EPA. Petrolatum This is well known as petroleum jelly and is a mineral oil used in various cosmetics. It has no nutrient value for the skin and can interfere with the body's own natural moisturizing mechanism, leading to dryness and chapping. Companies produce petrolatum because it is super cheap. Synthetic Coloring --FD&C Food Coloring Color makes things look good but they may not be good for the skin. The colors are often synthetic colors made from coal tar, containing heavy metal salts that deposit toxins onto the skin, causing skin sensitivity and irritation. They will be labeled as FD&C or D&C, followed by a color and a number. Example: FD&C Red No. 6 / D&C Green No. 6. Many synthetic colors can be carcinogenic. Coal Tar This is a carcinogen that is prohibited for us in cosmetics in the European Union. It is found in dandruff shampoos, hair dyes, and anti-itch creams. Phthalates This chemical makes shaving cream smooth, but research links it to neuro-toxicity and neuro-developmental disorders, as well as to asthma and allergies. It is also found in nail polish, perfume, and hair spray. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) & Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) This is found in things that foam. They are known to cause inflammation of the skin. DEA (diethanolamine), MEA (monoethanolamine), & TEA (triethanolamine) These hormone-disrupting chemicals are already restricted in Europe due to known carcinogenic effects. They were sited for causing cancer. Triclosan Causes cancer and is noted by the EPA as a pesticide. Propylene Glycol (PG) & Butylene Glycol These are petroleum plastics that easily go through the skin and may weaken protein and cellular structure. Mineral Oil (i.e. Baby Oil) This one ingredient is so common in everyday skin care products. It stops the body from being able to eliminate toxins, promoting acne and other disorders. It slows down skin function and cell development. Stop putting this on our babies! Overall as consumers we should read labels carefully. Don't buy it because is smells good or looks good. Read what good means to your body and then make a healthy choice of a quality product that maintains the skin that you deserve. Promote a healthier and resilent appearance naturally. It is time that men take a more active role in skin health and show interest in investing in the skin they are in. Furthermore, magazines should take a more active role in the education and advertisement of natural products that promote health outside as well as inside of the body. The author believes that companies and consumers are mutually responsible for reducing exposure to chemicals and toxic substances. While companies can stop producing them by offering alternative ingredients, consumers can stop purchasing them and require healthier products. As a son I always think of becoming a strong pillar on which I can provide support for my family. Day by day time rolls on with God’s mercy from my childhood till now, he is holding my hand. And I keep on saying “thank you God for blessing me much more than I deserve”. Picturing the day when I will say This is an important day in the history of my life. The glory road, the success, for a life worth living. So I am sharing the same words with you, believing that it will surely speak to your heart and spirit. Making you strong in Christ. As a weeping prayer of a mother for her child works wonders n miracles in the child's life. So works the weeping prayers of a child for his father and mother. For God has said the kingdom belongs to as such who are like these children. Declaring and making us the rightful heir of the heavenly kingdom. So do you think he will ever ignore our tearful prayers? when we call on him with the burden for our parents that they did for us, sacrificing their happiness and their moments for our better future. From the day God gifted us to them. With a covenant of love that no one will ever do except or father and mother. For God has said Honor thy father and mother. That not only means giving them respect and love. For if we really love them then we should also pray for them, for their unspoken needs that they haven't spoken to us. And listening to our prayers God will bless them with wonders in their lifetime through our burdened prayers for our parents. Till date they carried us and made us to walk with the world. Its high time now that we too carry their needs and give them the support to face the battles of Life and walk with the world. We are so blessed and lucky to have our parents with us. Think of the children whose parents have abandoned them. Whose parents are no more. Think of the our Dad who lost his parents at so early age, with the age that we are living in today. Now don't you think its our duty to pray for them tearfully with the responsibility of burden that God will answer in his time. There is no one except God who can help us, NO ONE. For we worship The Living God who answers our prayers. And with Faith in Jesus name he will give us when we ask of HIM. So remember my words brother, don't forget the burden of cross that Jesus carried, the same burden of prayers we ought to bear for our loved ones like the way Jesus did for His Heavenly Father. For we both are like the two edged sword, that can destroy the enemy "Satan" and can can protect the priceless our "loved ones" from being hurt by Devil the enemy. Your Faith and mine are like sharp edges and the prayer is the Sword itself. The more we sharp the edges, the stronger the sword becomes; to wield against our enemy "Satan" facing the darts"struggles","sufferings" "worries, "problems", all things that comes to our loved ones to pierce them and hurts them breaks them. I believe God has given you wisdom to understand what I wanted to say through these words. I did not read any book neither saw any program or pastor preaching. It all came from my heart as if Jesus spoke to me. What more this brother can do except encouraging and praying for the younger ones because nothing works best as medicines like encouraging words.
