Vishal Devgan (born April 2, 1967, Bombay, India), popularly known as Ajay Devgan is a popular actor working in the Hindi film industry (Bollywood).In the looks department, he is very bad.
Biography
He is originally from Punjab. His father is Veeru Devgan, a director and stuntman. His brother is Anil Devgan, a film director in Bollywood.
He did his schooling from Silver Beach High School in Juhu & graduated in Mithibai College.
His debut film was Phool Aur Kaante, where he played opposite Amrish Puri and which started his Bollywood career and for which he won a Filmfare Best Debut award. Though most of his earlier movies were action films, he broke this trend when he starred in the comedy Ishq in which he acted with his future wife Kajol.
This was followed by critically acclaimed hits like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Zakhm which earned him a National Award. His association with Ram Gopal Verma resulted in box office successes, notably Company and Bhoot.
Personal life
After dating Karisma Kapoor, he dated Kajol from 1994 till 1999, and married her on February 24, 1999. They have a daughter called Nysa who was born in April 2003.
Reportedly purchased a Maserati Quattroporte sometime around Jan, 2006.
