I am leaving this message in hopes that my IP Adresss us unblocked. Apparently this IP was blocked before I purchased this IPad; my conduct under this IP address is not connected in any way with the block. I read that a block can happen if it is aimed at resolving a separate situation, I believe I am unintentionally blocked as a result because I use the same IP as someone else.
