== Dr. Vin Gupta/NBC & MSNBC Medical Analyst AfC ==

Dear Colleagues,

Hopeful you might be willing to provide a review for this AfC for Dr. Vin Gupta, NBC News's primary health policy/COVID-19 medical analyst. He's on primetime television almost daily, and has been so for almost 2 years, so thought it was important to address this gap so viewers would be informed.

Orangetheory Fitness Edit

I would like to add to the article, the different heart rate zones and their meanings. There are five heart rate zones used in the Orangetheory workout; gray, blue, green, orange, and red.

Gray zone: 50-60 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is the most comfortable zone. Blue zone: 61-70 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is your warm-up period. Green zone: 71-83 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is your comfortable and doable fat burning zone. You should stay in this zone for 25 to 35 minutes of your workout. Orange zone: 84-91 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is your uncomfortable zone, which creates EPOC. You should stay in this zone for 12 to 20 minutes of your workout. Red zone: 92-100 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is where you empty your tank.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Atrimlett (talkcontribs) 23:33, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

NHI and SHI

Hello, I'm writing an article about the SHI model which is briefly treated in the National health insurance. Even if they've some features in common I think there's a difference which should lead to a separation.

As I can read in references (online and in the page) NHI is more used when there's a single government body to provide part of the payment (like in South Korea or in Taiwan) while SHI is more used where there's a system of social insurance, which may be not a part of a government system (like in the Netherlands).

Do you have any suggestion? Thanks. --Sciking (talk) 19:22, 20 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There are some parts in the article that deal with exercises. Not having a lot of fitness orientation, I can't put that part in order on my own. Seriously need some help. Aditya(talkcontribs) 13:51, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sharecare article updates

Hello editors, SCbhaynes here. I am an employee of Sharecare and a representative on Wikipedia for the brand. I posted a request recently on the article's Talk page to pursue editor assistance with adjusting the number of employees noted in the current article's infobox. You can see my full request on the Sharecare talk page. I take the site's guidelines seriously -- especially for editors with a paid conflict of interest like myself -- and know that I can't edit the article directly in keeping with that. Since my request remains unanswered so far, I thought this WikiProject could be a place to reach out in case there are any interested editors here who would care to assist. Also, I am new to the community, so please let me know if this is an acceptable method for a conflict of interest editor like me to collaborate with the community of volunteer editors. Any questions or feedback that editors may have are greatly appreciated, as I'm eager to be a positive contributor here. Thanks in advance for any consideration! Hi editors, SCbhaynes here again. My initial request to update the number of employees on the article has been handled. I'm back again though, with a follow-up request in hopes of updating the article's list of subsidiaries. I will continue to avoid direct edits to the Sharecare article, due to my conflict of interest. If there are any interested editors here, please see my full request at the Sharecare Talk page. Thanks again for any thoughts or help you can offer! SCbhaynes (talk) 22:10, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

NEW REQUEST: PROPOSED SECTION DRAFT - Blue Zones Project and Community Well-Being Index
Hi editors. SCbhaynes from Sharecare, here again to notify of another new request for interested editors to review at the Sharecare Talk page. I proposed a drafted section to incorporate content about Sharecare's Blue Zones Project and Community Well-Being Index, including sources. My hope is to gain assistance with these changes to the current Sharecare article, as I have a conflict of interest and will not edit the article myself. Thanks again! There is a current discussion about saturated fat consumption and its association with disease. It might be relevant for users in this WikiProject who are interested in the topic. Link to the talk-page [1] Psychologist Guy (talk) 21:22, 6 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your feedback appreciated at Talk:Anti-aging cream

It has been proposed that Anti-aging supplements be merged into Anti-aging cream. Your feedback would be appreciated at Talk:Anti-aging cream#Merge proposal. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 00:33, 15 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources for bodybuilding articles?

Do we have a list of reliable sources for weight lifting and bodybuilding articles. Most of the articles in these areas are disasterous mixes of just plain unsourced WP:OR and references to unreliable sources. I'm not familiar enough with the subject are to know which sources are considered reliable.

Right now, I'm looking at Overhead press. My guess is that neither bodybuilding.com or mensjournal.com would be considered reliable and healthline.com looks more reasonable? -- RoySmith (talk) 13:34, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
