Hamm is a supporting character in the Toy Story franchise, he is a wisecracking piggy bank. He serves as one of the franchise's core supporting characters, having appeared in most Toy Story media, and is voiced by John Ratzenberger, in the films and most other media, and Andrew Stanton in Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command.
