Information icon Hello, I'm Kansas Bear. I noticed that you recently removed content from Battle of Manzikert without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. --Kansas Bear (talk) 21:41, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Hunnic Enjoyer! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of First Perso-Turkic War several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:First Perso-Turkic War, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:26, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on First Perso-Turkic War. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. HistoryofIran (talk) 11:31, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I don't exactly know the rules of Wikipedia, i am new here as you can see so i think this is normal for a beginner with history knowledge i guess Hunnic Enjoyer (talk) 22:34, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Right, please reply to me at [1] when you have time. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:37, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Like the Second Perso-Turkic War article has too many sources to prove that the War was Sasanian Victory. You call UNESCO, Cambridge, Oxford etc. poorly sourced material while you put literally no sources in your articles? Okay, understandable. Hunnic Enjoyer (talk) 14:16, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If you still can't tell what I am referring to here, then that's heavily concerning. See WP:CIR. --HistoryofIran (talk) 14:18, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. --Kansas Bear (talk) 21:18, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Armenia Expedition (630)

Can you please explain why you keep restoring those primary sources? [2]. Did you read WP:PST? If so, why do you still think it should be there? HistoryofIran (talk) 19:19, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hunnic Enjoyer, you seem to have run into backlash from the get-go. In addition to the Teahouse and Task Center listed above, given your areas of interest, I suggest you might also find some answers at WT:MILHIST. Don't give up. My first few edits and articles, I got a lot of backlash from all around. I never gave up. Don't you give up, either. — Maile (talk) 01:22, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your suggestion and support :) Hunnic Enjoyer (talk) 21:07, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Battle of the Utus, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Vid, Areobindus and Vit. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Battle of Baideng. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
