Gushing over Magical Girls (Japanese: 魔法少女にあこがれて, Hepburn: Mahō Shōjo ni Akogarete), known as I admire magical girls, and... in Japan, is a Japanese magical girl manga series written and illustrated by Akihiro Ononaka. It began serialization on Takeshobo's Storia Dash website in March 2019. Ten tankōbon volumes have been released as of August 2023.

It is licensed outside of Japan by Sentai Filmworks for streaming and home video.

In a town protected by the Tres Magia team of magical girls; Magia Magenta, Magia Azure and Magia Sulfur, Utena Hiiragi, a girl who wishes to become a magical girl herself, is approached by a mascot character named Venalita, who transforms her not into a magical girl but a general of the evil organization, Enormeeta. Despite trying to get out of it, Utena is blackmailed by Venalita, who threatens to air her embarrassing transformation scene on the internet, and is forced into a fight against Tres Magia. Forced to defend herself, Utena uses her new "crop" wand weapon to create a monster from a flower, which restrains the magical girls with its vines into a precarious position. With encouragement from Venalita, Utena's inner sadist is awakened as she realizes she is enjoying the scene, she forces the magical girls into submissive positions and proceeds to spank them with her crop wand. The next morning Utena heads to school and talks to Haruka while watering her flowers, it is noted neither recognizes each other. During gym class the magical girls are still reeling from the previous day's pain and humiliation. They indicate they will get back at Utena as soon as possible. Elsewhere Venalita arranges another fight between them and Utena, while the girls prepare it is noted that neither side knows each other's identity due to magical inference. When the magical girls finish off a few weaker demons, Utena shows up and is goaded into animating some mannequins to restrain the magical girls. After restraining the girls, Utena proceeds to have them tickled until they cry, however one of the girls breaks loose and Utena is forced to retreat.
