A tag has been placed on :File:General Zaw Min Tun.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. <!-- Template:Db-noimage-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> <span style="font-variant:small-caps;color:blue;font-family:century gothic;">Ninja<span style="color:red">✮</span>Strikers</span> <span style="color:Red;font-size:85%;">«☎»</span> 04:01, 28 February 2024 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Zaw Min Tun (general), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Al Jazeera. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 17:48, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Thanks for reminding me I fixed it now. KhantWiki (talk) 17:49, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Philipnelson99. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to General Zaw Min Tun—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Philipnelson99 (talk) 21:07, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I mean I just don't need or want a redirect page of "Zaw Min Tun (general)" and "General Zaw Min Tun" . Whereas "Zaw Min Tun (general)" is the correct one. Because it's like having two different and yet same articles pages for no reason. I hope you understand sir. I want the redirect page which is General Zaw Min Tun to be deleted. It's not necessary. KhantExploreWiki (talk) 21:09, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If you are looking to nominate a redirect for deletion, see WP:RFD - although in this case I suspect the deletion may not be supported. WP:Redirects are cheap.
I'll also note that your recent edit deleting an ongoing requested move discussion [1] is inappropriate and disruptive. Please familiarize yourself with WP:RM. 162 etc. (talk) 21:36, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just created a new move page for Zaw Min Tun (general) to be changed to Zaw Min Tun Only. turns out that it's not gonna work well and the admins are doing nothing about it saying that the footballer zaw min tun already occupied the name. It means it's not gonna work so I am just gonna let it be the way it was by deleting it and pretending like nothing happened. Why? Because it didn't work well. My bad if it sounded rude or inappropriate since that wasn't my intention. My intention is to make a wikipedia a better community for all with my edits and I'm trying my absolute best it. KhantWiki (talk) 08:20, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Once the discussion is opened, you can't "delete and pretend nothing happened". In general, you shouldn't delete anything on the talk page. The policies and guidelines I linked above will be useful to you. Thank you for your continued contributions. 162 etc. (talk) 14:59, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Are you an admin? If so I request you to delete the move page. If not ask a admin to delete (remove) it. I didn't mean to delete all of the talk page, I only wanted to delete the move page. Also I have reasons about it. There's too many at once. First is The original page of Zaw Min Tun (general) which the redirect page is General Zaw Min Tun which is quite unnecessary and not needed and it was created by some admin which I accidentally created and named it. Also Because it's the same article with different names, but I think it affects the article's name originality of zaw min tun (general) it also affects in search results. And the move page which does not work to change from zaw min tun ( general) to zaw min tun because the name is already occupied by footballer zaw min tun. I request both of these to be deleted since they're just there and serves no purpose. Just Let the things be the way it was before with no redirects and the movepage. Also You're welcome. I would like to keep contributing more to articles that I'm interested in like zaw min tun (general). Thank you.
KhantWiki (talk) 15:38, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The redirects don't have to be deleted. The discussion at the talk page doesn't have to be deleted. The title of the article will be decided by community consensus. 162 etc. (talk) 01:40, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, it's your choice. KhantWiki (talk) 08:27, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Just delete this "A request that this article title be changed to Zaw Min Tun is under discussion. Please do not move this article until the discussion is closed." KhantWiki (talk) 08:40, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That note will stay on the article while the discussion is ongoing. I'll urge you once more to carefully read WP:RM. 162 etc. (talk) 20:54, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
What is the point? Because Nothing works out. First, I think about moving a page title name just to remove the word "general" for a better clarity and a potenially a better change. The real name of the general, was occupied by the footballer already. It didn't work out. If I knew about it, I wouldn't rename and move the article title name in the first place. Also for that, the admins don't want to put "footballer" on the article title of that individual but puts the article title "general" on this individual. The general is more relevant and hence that's why I think he deserves the name article title of the footballer much more and just put footballer in that individual and remove "general" in this general for better clarity and for a good article title name change. It didn't work out well, so why keeping it? I think It's quite disruptive and distracting and could be classified as "irrelevant" due to my plan not working out. For the redirect I accidentally created "general zaw min tun" which the admin also accepted the page and now owns the page which causes more problems because the admin accepted and owns the page now which I accidentally experimented and created, it also affects the search results when you search up this individual's name. Search up Major general zaw min tun if you don't believe, you will see the two different article of that individual which of that one is a redirect. It looks quite duplicated also. Overall, I think these two problems should be eliminated regardless of the rules. They're just there. It's disruptive, serves no purpose, just there for no reason. You should request the admins and put it back to where the way it was before. It should go back to the way it was before with no redirect (by deleting the redirect page) of this individual with no disruptive template of anything like "A request that this article title be changed to Zaw Min Tun is under discussion. Please do not move this article until the discussion is closed."
I highly, highly suggest this to be deleted. But it you don't want and you want to keep it to the rules, that's fine by me. I'm not the admin here and I am just a contributor and I see some mistakes that I wanted to point out. This doesn't mean I follow the rules of the Wikipedia. I am a contributor for a reason and not a vandal. Of course, I follow the rules. In my opinion these both problems should be eliminated or removed or deleted. Thanks! Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Min Aung Hlaing, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. 25stargeneral (talk) 02:13, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Alright it's not a problem, thanks. Anyone is free to point out the mistakes made at the contributions. So, I appreciate your honesty in resolving that. Hopefully I will become better in the near future and don't lose hope in me. KhantWiki (talk) 11:01, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
