Could you look at the lit project and see if there is any admin type cleanup of the project that you can do - i had got to a bit of a hiatus with cj about the creation of the assessment pages - I wasnt sure if it was something I could do or not. Copyright Question

heya - thought you might be able to help me. i found an image of Xavier Herbert taken in 1938 at Picture Australia. their copyright information specifically states that photos taken before '55 are out of copyright, but the image itself is listed as "Reproduction rights owned by the State Library of New South Wales". i'm sure that i could use any number of photos under fair use, but as I prefer to find a public domain one if possible, what does "reproduction rights" actually mean in terms of Wikipedia if the copyright has expired? hope you can help. thanks baby_ifritah 13:07, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

If you get to within the top 5 before the end of the year (ie 2007 calendar year), I'll nominate a meetup venue and first shout appropriate for the occasion!
