Bay (Somali: Baay) is an administrative region (gobolka) in southern Somalia. Its capital is Baidoa. It is bordered by the Somali regions of Bakool, Lower Shabele, Middle Juba, and Gedo. Bay region is one of the most populated regions of Somalia and consists of the following districts:
- Baidoa (its capital)
- Buurhakaba
- Diinsoor
- Qansaxdheere
- Berdaale
- Ufurow
Baidoa used to be the capital of the old Upper Juba region which consists of today Bay, Gedo, Bakool and most parts of Middle Juba (Jubbada Dhexe).Present regions were created in the 1980's by the then military regime.

The majority of the regions population speak with the Maymay dialect of the Somali language. Also spoken in the region are Afdabarre and Afgarre as well as Mahatiri of Somali.
