Steven Jay Blum (born April 28, 1965) is an American voice actor known primarily for his work in anime dubs and video games.

Fans of Cartoon Network's Toonami can recognize Blum's voice as the TOM, the block's robotic host. He was also recently heard in a Geico commercial[verification needed] and was the voice of 7-Eleven's "Oh thank heaven" television and radio advertisements.

He is not to be confused with another Steven Blum who is primarily involved in crew work, having done work on shows such as the U.S. version of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, as well as Attack of the Show! and X-Play.

Blum has worked under several aliases:

  • David Lucas
  • Andrew Watton
  • Steven Jay
  • Steve Blum
  • Steven J. Blum
