Hi,

I saw you where involved in the European History project. I need some help to check the translation of the legend on [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:France_saissac_chateau_plan_annote.svg this page] : I am French and I don't know much of the English vocabulary of middle-age castles. And if you can't, maybe you would know someone who could do it ? Thank you. --[[Special:Contributions/81.252.230.89|81.252.230.89]] ([[User talk:81.252.230.89|talk]]) 13:36, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

DYK

Updated DYK query On June 1, 2007, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article St. Patrick's Church (New Orleans), which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Thanks for your work Baronplantagenet ! We can never have enough historical era pieces on DYK or Wikipedia for that matter. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 02:36, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Collaboration?

I see that you are a budding historian at University. As am I. Perhaps you would like to collaborate on an historical article some day? Let me know if you have any ideas. Since we are both in the European history group, perhaps something in that subject area?

Cheers!

Archdiocese of New Orleans template

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I do agree that the template is to large, and am interested in actually hiding each subsection of the template, but am not sure how...I tried a few things but couldn't figure it out. Even if this isn't possible it would be great to set the default to hide. Staroftheshow86 17:31, 23 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm posting a message to all members of Wikipedia:WikiProject_European_history to make sure everyon is aware that there is a proposal (apparently never discussed on at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_European_history to deprecate the project and mark it {{historical}} supplanting it with Wikipedia:WikiProject_History/Task_forces/Europe. Whether or not this should occur, we need to have as much discussion as possible. So far, only two editors have had anything to say about it. Please join the discussion at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_European_history#WikiProject_History.--Doug.(talk contribs) 18:27, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
