Superstars

I don't know if Big Show should be included since it was more or less a rehab assignment.

  • I removed Big Show because he was only there to get back into shape after an injury. He had been wrestling for 10 years or so prior to that, several of them with WWE... so I dont think that quite counts... I took out Mark Henry too for much the same reason... he was trained in Canada by Stu Hart at Stampede before he went to the WWE.... he only went to OVW after many years already in the WWE.
  • Personally; I'd take out Simon Dean (Nova), Mickie James (Alexis Laree), Carlito, Paul London, and Joey Mercury (Joey Matthews) from the list as they were relatively big indy stars as opposed to homegrown talents. JoJoTrue 01:26, 9 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Sylvester Terkay

Terkay wrestled in OVW for a while in the late 1990s, early 2000s as "Sly Scraper". Should he be included even though he was released later on, however he would be signed again in 2006 but would not rreturn to OVW?

Title Change Edits

I'm thinking title change edits should wait until the television show airs (Taped Wednesday, aired Saturday 1 p.m. EST in Louisville and Cincinnati) in an effort to standardize policy among televised promotions (RAW, SD!, ECW, etc.). As such, I have reverted the most recent title change. I'd be more than happy to discuss rebuttals. --EazieCheeze 16:16, 25 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Triple Crown

A user blanked the OVW TC from the Triple Crown page, I have copied it here becuase it may be more relevant to this page than the TCC page. Darrenhusted 14:25, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Alumni

Shouldn't there be a section for TNA wrestlers that came from OVW, like ODB and people like them? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.249.151.234 (talk) 16:30, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pics

Thire should be a pic of this championship. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.1.251.16 (talk) 02:22, 20 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Clean up

See Talk:Ohio Valley Wrestling/Comments for my assessment summary of this article. Several things in this article need to be addressed. -Jahnx (talk) 18:54, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WWE Ceases Afiliation with OVW

On the WWE Website, it was announced that WWE has servered its links with OVW [1] —Preceding unsigned comment added by Talon Kelson (talkcontribs) 23:29, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
