[[Janak]] is the King of [[Mithila]].He is childless.His Kingdom [[Mithila]] has drought for 12 years.Elsewhere [[Ram]] and his brothers are under tutelage of Guru [[Vashist]].[[Janak]] builds a golden sickle and unearths a baby girl as he begins to plough. The boby's firt cry leads to rainfall.
[[Janak]] wants to be ensured if the baby has a family or not.He is shocked to see baby lifts the [[Shiv]] Dhanush. Rishi Yagyavalak suggests to keep the baby.Janak decided to name her [[Sita]].

In fact, in the promo, the first shot of the temple is of the archaeological site in [[Karnataka]] called Group of Monuments at [[Pattadakal]].

Siya Ke Ram is a mythological TV series on Star Plus directed by Nikhil Sinha under the banner of Triangle Films,[1]: 9  The show features Ashish Sharma and Madirakshi Mundle playing as Lord Rama and Sita.[1]: 6  The show premiered on 16 November 2015 on Star Plus.[1]: 2
