Since it wouldn't be immediately apparent to everybody, I strongly suggest that the pronunciation of his stage name - perhaps even his whole name? - be given in IPA and English phonetics (Libber-AH-chay), so that people aren't tempted to make it rhyme with 'in your face'! I see that in several other language versions of the article the IPA pronunciation is given.213.127.210.95 (talk) 16:02, 2 September 2016 (UTC)

"Religion" section
The article has several well-referenced mentions of Liberace's Roman Catholic faith...and a one-sentence section saying he's an early Lavey Satanist. Can we have some consistency please?64.231.8.210 (talk) 19:53, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Lead section

Something's wrong with the lead. I gave out reasons to tag the lead section. Cleanup is needed. Maybe condense by eliminating unnecessary, trivial details and uncited allegations? --George Ho (talk) 00:36, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I've given it a go. Gareth E Kegg (talk) 01:57, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I found out that someone changed the lede in December 2013. At least it's cleaned up with revised writing. --George Ho (talk) 02:58, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ledes can be uncited was what I was told. Such a hugely famous performer is not ok with a tiny lede. This needs to be discussed because it appears there is a ownership issue with this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.20.189.147 (talk) 06:09, 4 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Why rewriting the whole lead? Are you saying that the current lead balances weight more than the previous lead? --George Ho (talk) 08:05, 13 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Piano

Under Early Career - 4th paragraph there is a reference to a winter storm destroying pianos and the date is February 2015. Is that correct or should it be an earlier date?96.241.62.253 (talk) 14:49, 23 February 2015 (UTC)Renee Woodard[reply]

The content is correct, just badly placed and actually trivia. I've removed it. Thank you for alerting us to it. -- WV 15:38, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

child prodigy

He's not listed as a child prodigy in the list of music child prodigies — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.10.85.185 (talk) 07:37, 26 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Pronunciation of his name
