WWE 2K18 is an upcoming professional wrestling video game in development by Yuke's and Visual Concepts, and to be published by 2K Sports. The game is scheduled to be released worldwide on October 17, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is the nineteenth game in the WWE game series (fifth under the WWE 2K banner) and is serving as the follow up to WWE 2K17 (released in 2016).[1][2]

Marketing

On May 23, 2017, 2K Sports announced WWE 2K18 would be released in fall 2017. On June 19, 2017, 2K released a trailer revealing Seth Rollins featured in the game's cover art.[3] The trailer, with the tagline "Be Like No One", features Rollins vandalizing and burning down a fictitious WWE Warehouse in Stamford, Connecticut. A deluxe edition was also announced, giving players access to the game 4 days early along with the season pass and additional in-game content yet to be announced.[4]

Roster

On June 29, 2017, it was announced that Kurt Angle would be the pre-order bonus character for WWE 2K18, making his first WWE video-game appearance since WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007.[5]
