Thank you for your willingness to abide by Wikipedia's Terms of Use regarding paid editing. However, although this account has only been active for about a month, your Upwork profile (which does appear to be an advertisement for your Wikipedia writing services, contrary to the statement on your userpage that you do not advertise) has been accepting jobs since March (and completed around 20 between March and April). Please list any previous accounts you have used on Wikipedia. :: Hello, and thank you for your words. |
:: - I have not used any accounts previously on Wikipedia of my own. In a previous job at a library there was a work account that was used, but I do not recall that account name, and it was used only in that capacity. |
:: - Regarding Upwork and previous work, earlier jobs were limited to editing documents, and not interacting with the Wikipedia platform which I would not do, as I wanted to focus on the writing aspect and not the interaction with the platform. I would recommend to clients that they check the AFC WikiProject for guidance on that process. |
:: - Regarding the disclosure statement above, I am following the guidelines of not advertising my writing services on Wikipedia, so I did not want to include a direct link; this followed examples such as [[User:CorporateM]] which do not include any direct links to their website. However, if the intended guideline to follow is to link to any profile that includes keywords of Wikipedia (which is then an advertisement?), and not limited to advertising (such as the format of Fiverr where it's a "post a page for $50" or Google Ads), then I can also include it here by hyperlinking the Upwork statement to fulfill that requirement. |

Disambiguation link notification for June 18
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited SmartDraw, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jira (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
