I patrol recent changes and just passed my final CVUA assesment. I use twinkle and rollback vandalism with it as well. If you're trying to "mak[e] sure good content makes it's [sic] way to mainspace", that would be AfC. NPP is only for pages already in mainspace (t · c) buidhe 04:09, 27 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I spend a very significant portion of my on-wiki time reviewing the Recent Changes feed, and would like to be able to process those pages as I see them instead of leaving them for another patroller to review.
