No. The link worked until yesterday, LouisAlain added it as a source less than two week ago, and I checked the copyvio status yesterday. If it can be verified that the Patrinum site indeed has released the texts under a compatible license, then the copyvio tag can go (an attribution should be given on the article though, not just a link as a source but an indication that the text is a translation of the Patrinum site).
