Temporary semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Persistent disruptive IP editing. Citobun (talk) 06:25, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – IP editors use mobile device for adding 'antagonist' term in the cast section which is against to the WP:ANTAGONIST policy. They won't get notification if I warn them. So semi-protection or at least pending changes review should be enabled. Shinnosuke15, 06:50, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: An announcement of a new recipient of this award has been made recently, but not presented yet. A number of new users and IP editors have been adding this subject to the list relentlessly, despite my repeated mentioning of the aforementioned reason. Requires page protection. Thank you! Semi Protection Persistent vandalism/sockpuppetry, or G5 the article to solve the problem. 110.13.42.221 (talk) 11:49, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Ongoing edit war by user with IP address; I'm asking for Protection because this is a sock puppet for another editor previously banned for edit warring and who I also suspect is currently editing under several different user names. Which I believe is a violation of Wikipedia policy. Robinvp11 (talk) 12:01, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – IPs removing CfD template. If the category isn't to be protected, the CfD could likely be closed out at this point in any case. DonIago (talk) 14:10, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: High level of IP vandalism.

Semi-Protection: Persistent disruptive editing by Indonesian IP hopper. Luigitehplumber (talk) 16:31, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing. Amigao (talk) 18:02, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Several days of edit-warring by IP/SPA's over the signs in a mathematical formula that can be looked up in any probability textbook. XOR'easter (talk) 18:09, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Extended confirmed protection: Persistent disruptive editing – Seems to be an ongoing edit war which seems to have started 17 November. Geoff | Who, me? 18:32, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – This redirect was created by a sock of LTA vandal Angelmunoz50 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) for the sole purpose of introducing incorrect information about a dead child. Since it can't be deleted, at least it should be protected so it does not present an easy target that is not watched by very many editors. Sjö (talk) 19:03, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

(Non-administrator comment) Just as a general point, while I declined the speedy that was only because r3 clearly does not apply to draft to main xnrs where the titles are more or less a match (since these are sometimes retained at RFD). However if the creator has been SPI confirmed to a previously blocked sockmaster (or is just a blatant WP:DUCK) then WP:G5 would apply, and I'd have no objection to deletion. See e.g. Philippine ball as a case where an initial r3 was declined but a later g5 was acted upon. If this is a g5 I suggest salting to prevent further disruption, though there's no practical difference between that and protecting the redirect. If the sockmaster has a history of creating autoconfirmed accounts then ECP may be the better choice. Pinging Sjö so you are also aware. Due to the app I'm using to edit my IP is hopping uncontrollably all over the place so don't expect extended conversation. It's about time for me to get some shut-eye anyway so even if I had a static IP I wouldn't be able to follow up immediately. Regards, 194.186.249.130 (talk) 20:25, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Now tagged for g5 based on the SPI; feel free to salt or recreate and protect as desired. 194.186.249.130 (talk) 20:42, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent Disruptive Editing. ― Blaze The WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 19:06, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Vandalism continues, even though the article has been protected before. Probably we need a long-term, possibly indefinite, pending changes. Ymblanter (talk) 19:21, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: IP hopper keeps adding International Men's Day as a google doodle. Admin already blocked one IP range. Pyramids09 (talk) 19:30, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent vandalism. Larry Hockett (Talk) 19:43, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary pending changes protection: Persistent Disruptive Editing. Repeated addtion of Kate Nicholson who is a British artist & has nothing to do with Bothell. The Wikilinkis piped to "Katie Nicholson". The initial two edits contained a Rickrolling EL. All four sets of disruptive edits have been IPs. Peaceray (talk) 20:11, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
