Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page European Parliament Committee on International Trade has been reverted.
Your edit here to European Parliament Committee on International Trade was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://twitter.com/ep_trade) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Kostas Chrysogonos. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Emma McClarkin, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images from either web sites or printed works. This article appears to contain work copied from http://emmamcclarkin.com/about-me/ http://web.archive.org/web/20090812074207/http://www.conservatives.com/People/Members_of_the_European_Parliament/McClarkin_Emma.aspx, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators are liable to be blocked from editing.

If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under license allowed by Wikipedia, then you should do one of the following:

It may also be necessary for the text be modified to have an encyclopedic tone and to follow Wikipedia article layout. For more information on Wikipedia's policies, see Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

If you would like to begin working on a new version of the article you may do so at this temporary page. Leave a note at Talk:Emma McClarkin saying you have done so and an administrator will move the new article into place once the issue is resolved.

Thank you, and please feel welcome to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Happy editing! Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 16:51, 5 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for this notification. The text in question and the website you list is the MEP's own website, and we have been given approval to use this content. Please advise.

OK, some advice:
  • don't violate copyrights in this project
  • read WP:PROMOTION
  • read WP:COI
  • read WP:PAID
  • create an account for each person ("we" implies that there are several of you, right?)
  • declare your connection to McClarkin on your various user pages
  • refrain from editing any article about or relating to her
  • if you want to try to donate the contents of the website, follow the instructions above; but such content is essentially never found to be suitable for inclusion in an encyclopaedia, so you could probably save yourselves the bother
  • if your intention here is to improve and expand our project, please do so (thank you!)
  • but if your only purpose is to promote McClarkin and her views, please find somewhere else to do it.
Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 10:32, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Dear justlettersandnumbers,

Thank you for this.

Whilst I do not personally see the content as promotional in its nature (it simply outlines the work that Miss McClarkin is doing in the EP and committees/policy and comes across with no agenda/views on political issues. Just simple facts). However, If you feel the original edits have violated those terms above then I am happy for that content to be deleted. But considering this violation was flagged on the 5th, can this be rectified? Even if that means the content is deleted that is ok, as long as this copyright violation has been removed so others are able to make edits if theys ee fit in the future.

Information icon Hello, I'm Rivertorch. I noticed that you recently removed content from José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra without adequately explaining why. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Your edit on Liberland

Hello. Your edit has been reverted since the event as such (an individual MEP having a chat with someone) isn't notable. What was said at that event might be notable, though, but there was no mention of that in the material you added, making it nothing more than promotional name-dropping... - Tom | Thomas.W talk 10:33, 6 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Problématique de votre blocage

Bonjour Lomita,
