Removed "see also" section

The addition of the "see also" section that references an NBA player who died following a game is too soon. This man is not dead, to our knowledge, and it's simply inappropriate to make that comparison at this time. Re-adding it and complaining that it was "unexplained" ... it needs no explanation.
