I nominate this article for deletion and have added the non notability tag as well. I believe there was a non notability tag before that someone removed without discussion. The main characters are noteworthy due to their arrest and subsequent legal proceedings re: extradition to Mexico but the minor characters definitely fall outside of Wiki's general notability guidelines.
