Screenshots needed

[edit]

Do any screenshots exist for this game? Trying to explain a videogame with just text doesn't give the full picture (no pun intended). Navstar 18:37, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I can generate still or animated screen shots trivially. On a separate note: I'm pretty sure this game did not include on-board RAM. If anything, it used the RAM on the ECS. Had it been a standalone cart, it would have included RAM. Another first (at least for Intellivision) is that this is the first game released from any vendor for the Intellivision that included a form of bank-switching. --Mr z 18:13, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also another fun fact: This game required 24K x 10-bits of ROM (30K bytes of ROM), so it was easily one of the largest games produced for the Intellivision. I *believe* Tower of Doom and Hover Force were the only other two released games for the Intellivision that hit this size. --Mr z 22:30, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Extra RAM on Cart

[edit]

I'm 99.44% certain the WSMLB cartridge did not contain extra RAM. The ability to record and save games was afforded by the extra RAM in the ECS unit itself. --Mr z (talk) 08:20, 30 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
