I was a person who corrected the spelling to Fazil instead of Faasil. But his twitter (which doesn't seem to be genuine & facebook gives a different spelling, to be discussed and reached a consensus on (Alex.mathews (talk) 18:23, 29 January 2013 (UTC))[reply]

Fahad FazilFahadh Faasil – His name is indeed spelled Fahadh Faasil. The Hindu interview says so as well as his official twitter page. Moreover the actor is credited as 'Fahadh Faasil' in all his films. The user who moved the page to 'Fahad Fazil' cited a source from the Public Relations Department. Are such sources considered to be reliable for these kind of informations? 106.77.229.99 (talk) 10:47, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comment - Looks like his oficial name is Fahad Fazil which is used in official publication like PRD. It looks like he adopted the spelling Fahadh Faasil on screen. His father's name being Fazil justifies first point. Neither supporting or opposing the move, let more experienced Wikipedians in page titles comment on this.
