death reports exaggerated

[edit]

Don't know why 74.130.120.14 reported Adm. Fluckey dead, but the next person to do so had best offer citations. PRRfan 00:23, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Try [1], but MOH Society,[2], lists him as alive as of early June 2006. So how do we know whom to believe? I don't know. No, I'm not one of those claiming he's dead, but I've been following this and would like to know for sure.Rlevse 02:03, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I talked to his wife after the anonymous edits about his death in May. He was quite alive then; unless we see a newspaper-type obit, I'm sure he's quite alive now. PRRfan 06:07, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I wonder how this all got started.Rlevse 10:37, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have classified this article as a start. I have added references but more needs to be added. His early life and postwar career could both be expanded. Capitalistroadster 21:56, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Here is a proper newspaper obit if anyone wants to use it to edit this page: http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/6421019045/m/4381079075
