Political reputation[edit]

Some 20th-century historians -- such as Alan Nevins -- really didn't like him, and blamed some of Buchanan's worst decisions on his influence. "Unscrupulous intriguer" is the least of the negative descriptions... AnonMoos (talk) 01:57, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
