Vuyyuru is a large town and a Mandal headquarter in Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located on the highway of Vijayawada and Machilipatnam and is well known for its commercial and residential viability. KCP, one of the biggest sugar factories in India is in vuyyuru. A lot of farmers, who grow sugar-cane, bring the harvest to this factory during the season.The season usually starts in the months of October and ends in April. Angadala venkateswara Rao is the sarpanch.
