Voice of Love is a compilation album by American soul singer Diana Ross released in 1996.

The album was released for the international market by EMI in the fall of 1996 and consists of some of the Motown diva's best known love songs. The compilation also included three new songs: "In the Ones You Love", "I Hear (The Voice of Love)" and a take on "You Are Not Alone," penned by R. Kelly and made famous by Michael Jackson.

The set includes songs spanning Ross' career as a solo artist with the Motown and RCA labels.
