(help) As a result of new strategy to face the pandemic, statistics regarding the number of cases will no longer reflect the total number of actual cases as due to a contagion surge the Ministry of Health decided to concentrate testing only on patients with risk factors and critical cases, beginning July 11, 2009. This policy is aimed to reduce the number of deaths which also have increased significantly. - ^ http://www.teletica.com/noticia-detalle.php?id=12518&idp=1
