KTAJ-TV is a television station in St. Joseph, Missouri. It is an owned-and-operated station of the Trinity Broadcasting Network. The station airs the TBN national feed 24 hours a day via satellite. The station broadcasts its digital signal on UHF channel 21 from a tower in Kansas City, Missouri; it has been carried on Kansas City-area cable systems for decades.

KTAJ-TV is the only full-powered affiliate of TBN in Missouri, and only one of two stations licensed to St. Joseph.
