You have deleted my webpage Ian Greenstreet. How do I view it to edit it and then resubmit it

SAM SAYA

You deleted SAM SAYA. When it clearly states that it is known in Pakistan and especially in Rawalpindi. I suppose you live in Pakistan and hundred percent sure that its not a word used in Pakistan ? Awaisahmadmir (talk) 07:00, 8 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

author piggybacking

I just put up my first wikipedia page and it says that you deleted it! Put it back, please. In the article I was trying to explain what "author piggybacking" is as a term. I happen to do a lot of peer-reviewing of academic/scientific papers and have first-hand knowledge of the subject.

A kitten for you!

its cute and fluffy, not sure sure about the deletion of enviroprofit but i hold you no grudges and since im new only wish to learn more so that i can get it back up at a leter date, also was not sure where correct feedback part is as im sure when deleting somthing proper feedback is appreicated so that i could of made better changes to the topic.

anyways cheers and enjoy the fluffy kitten (its a nicer way of doing things then getting upset)

Deletion of my article

Hi Jim hope you are in your best moods and not so busy, so that you can satisfactorily attend to my case, am concerned you deleted my article 'dj Nesta' and the reason you gave is not very clear. What do you mean when you say lack of significance? The personality i wrote about is a big star both in radio, movies, and lately TV. Thousands of people have been looking and searching for his biography on the net and requesting magazine editors to have him featured over and over. He is a big influence on the showbiz industry in Uganda and east Africa (he has since started the most watched tv show showing on Citizen TV in Tanzania, NTV Kenya, UBC Uganda) He is the most hired MC on VIP (including state functions) and corporate functions. He has inspired hundreds of celebrated radio djs and nurtured big artists including east africas finest like Bobi wine, Bebe Kool, Fidempa, Red san etc. He has set a fashion trend, all the youth in Uganda will want to dress like him every time he steps out. Jim, what kind of importance or significance do you need? Please if there is more you would like to know or you may advise me to add to the article, am waiting and willing to learn. But i also request you to restore that article. Thank you

The National Association Of Powered Skateboard Racing

I think that you may have deleted the page prior to noticing the changes I had made; they did receive independent coverage in the Los Angeles Daily News, thus verifying their existence and claim to be the first association of powered skateboarding racers. Now, there may not be enough to survive an AfD, but I believe the speedy was in error given the changes made, plus the fact that I (an editor fully independent of the page creator, and an admin reviewing the speedy to boot) had removed the speedy deletion template about 5 minutes prior to your deletion. Request that you undelete the page, and, if you still think it's not notable, take it to AfD (thus providing some time to potentially improve the article). Hell on Heels

Would you mind restoring the Hell on Heels article? I am happy to expand the article. The music group contains several country music musicians, including Miranda Lambert. The album will be released in less than 2 weeks. --Another Believer (Talk) 17:12, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Miranda Lambert is not the only notable musician in the group. Ashley Monroe also has an article. The following links do not provide enough information to start an article?

Hi Jim,

I am not sure if you got my last message but I have uploaded a new version to Sandbox. I will be happy to hear your thoughts about it.

Best always,

I've made a requested move for this page, to see what the title should be: I don't think you should have moved it without putting it up for discussion, rather, there ought to be an agreed-upon standard. Sometimes diacritics are the common English usage, especially in the reliable sources, but I'll see what others have to say here. —innotata 15:48, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted image disappeared rather quickly

Hi Jim. I noticed you deleted File:Burj Khalifa view from Palace Hotel.jpg claiming it was a "F9: Media file copyright violation without fair use or credible claim of permission." Are you able to tell me where it was copied from - I have a suspicion someone slapped a copyvio tag on it and it was speedied within a few hours? Given the chance, I would like to review that image and perhaps correct the problems that caused it to be speedied. Also, I was under impression that someone (a bot maybe) usually attached a message to articles saying: this image will be deleted if there is no fair use rationale added in n days. Why did that not happen in this case? Thanks. Astronaut (talk) 20:49, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:PaBlade/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Joe Chill (talk) 19:49, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Jimmy Stewart (musician) entry

Why was the Jimmy Stewart (musician) entry deleted? I put a lot of work into it, even consulted with guitarist Jimmy Stewart to make sure that the facts were correct, put a lot of information into the article, and put in as many links as I could find. I figured that there might not be enough links but I was hoping to come up with more. So I was rather surprised to find the article deleted without even being given a warning or any advice. Can you please tell me why the entry on this major guitarist was deleted? It certainly was not advertising since as far as I know, he has not been musically active during the past couple of years. Thanks. - Scott (scottyanowjazz@yahoo.com) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.108.81.219 (talk) 01:51, 16 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Abjeez

Please note that I had already declined a speedy nomination for Abjeez, because there appeared to be a sufficient assertion of notability, between the article and the sources I found when searching.--SarekOfVulcan (talk) 12:08, 16 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Main page appearance

Hello! This is a note to let the main editors of this article know that it will be appearing as the main page featured article on August 21, 2011. You can view the TFA blurb at Wikipedia:Today's featured article/August 21, 2011. If you think it is necessary to change the main date, you can request it with the featured article directors Raul654 (talk · contribs) or his delegate Dabomb87 (talk · contribs), or at Wikipedia talk:Today's featured article/requests. If the previous blurb needs tweaking, you might change it—following the instructions of the suggested formatting. If this article needs any attention or maintenance, it would be preferable if that could be done before its appearance on the Main Page so Wikipedia doesn't look bad. :D Thanks! Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 07:21, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Free eScan Rescue Disk

Hi Jim,

my page regarding free eScan Rescue Disk was deleted. I have tried to follow the guidlines and it is not at all a promotional page. It is just an informative page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rakhikankane (talkcontribs) 10:02, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Jimfbleak. I'm not sure you were aware that this article you deleted as G11 had previously been "kept" at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Galilee of the Nations. No on in the discussion had thought it was unambiguous advertising or promotion. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 11:47, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The same editor that had added the db-spam tag had stripped the article of references without offering an explanation for doing so. I've reverted. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 12:05, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, yes; agreed. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 12:13, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Presans

Hi Jim,

I am studying open innovation and have written an article on Presans, one of the main intermediary companies in Europe - and you have deleted it :(. Could you please let me know how to improve it and make it more "neutral". In particular, I don't really see how American competitors such as NineSigma or Innocentive have "neutral" articles.

Please advise.

Thanks a lot!
