um, yesterday at about like 10:30am, I called Nintendo (1-800-255-3700) telling them that I'd heard of their Nintendo World store, and the ones opening up in the new locations (I also asked if there was one being brought up to Canada), and the rep (I didn't get his name) sounded surprised and told me he hadn't known about any other locations other than the one in New York City. He also asked me where I heard that. He then said he would forward my message about bringing one to Canada... I wonder how it is that he didn't know. Perhaps the new locations were leaked? Or maybe he just really didn't know? (PowerGamer6 05:53, 1 February 2006 (UTC))[reply]

I was under the impression that this location was called Nintendo World Store. Nintendo World is the name of the new event to replace Space World right? Usea 05:59, 31 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wii at Nintendo World?

Will they have playable Wii demos at the store soon, or will there just be already-known information available? dogman15 17:30, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oops! I'm answering my own question! I remember talking to a store employee there on my vacation and he said that they'd have to close the store for a while to renovate the place and set up Wiis. dogman15 8:53pm (PST) 14 September 2006.

As of right now, they had the consoles set up, but there were no controllers attached, and it was just looping a video on the screens above it.Elephanttruthiness 02:11, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Who wrote this?

This has to be one of the worst articles I have read. It's choppy and repetitive, someone really needs to clean this up.

Someone clean it up and about new locations

I personally had talked to some of the employees actually working at Nintendo World when I was last there being new locations, and she also seemed a bit a surprised and said no. She was like, "Nah, only teh city gets teh N-World!" (Creepy....)

And yeah, someone really needs to clean this up. I mean, they actually re-designed the entire store, and the pic shows how it looked before it was re-designed for the Wii Launch. Of course, that pic was also taken from the old site, which also got a make-over. So, someone really needs to fix it up. I'd get the new pic, but I ain't good with Wikipedia's coding and dunno how to get a dang picture up (feels like n00b)

Stub?

Is this article short enough to be considered a stub?67.180.9.45 (talk) 03:54, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nintendo Zone

Currently, Nintendo Zone redirects here, and it shouldn't. Nintendo Zone refers not to the Nintendo World store, but to a service on the Nintendo 3DS which allows downloads of demos and videos at select locations, not limited to Nintendo's own store, but rather encompassing a great number of retail locations, including McDonald's and Starbucks, among others. Could someone create a page for the actual Nintendo Zone service, or at the very least remove the inappropriate redirect? --75.147.11.69 (talk) 20:40, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
