This is the list of all aliens of the Prototype Omnitrix, Ultimatrix and Omnitrix showed in the Ben 10 universe.

Aliens introduced in Ben 10

Heatblast

Voiced by:

Heatblast is a Pyronite (pyro- meaning fire) from the star Pyros, a humanoid magma based life-form with the ability to control heat at will in various ways, including flight by firing at the ground to propel himself like a rocket. Pyronites are unable to lower their own body temperature, which prevents them from touching anything not fire-proof. They only seem to be weak against sufficient amounts of water or similar fire-extinguishing materials that may nullify their attacks and, circumstantially, extinguish them permanently.

Heatblast is Ben's first transformation, accidentally activated in the pilot episode of the original series, "And Then There Were 10" when Ben was trying to remove the Omnitrix immediately after it first attached to him. During the original series, when Ben caught a cold, it effected Heatblast by giving him cryokinetic powers instead of the normal pyrokinesis. Ben later regained access to Heatblast in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, with his 11-year old self's Heatblast form making an appearance in "The Forge of Creation".

In Omniverse, for both Bens, he looks the same as in Ultimate Alien, only his eyes are once again connected to the fire on his head, his shoulder plates slightly tilt up and the 16-year-old Heatblast is taller and much more muscular. He first reappears in "A Jolt from the Past" trying to catch Corvo.

Wildmutt

Voiced by:

  • Dee Bradley Baker - Ben 10, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien & Ben 10: Omniverse (vocal effects)
  • Greg Cipes - Ben 10: Ultimate Alien (As Kevin in "Inspector 13")

Wildmutt is a Vulpimancer (a play on vulpine, which means fox) from the garbage planet Vulpin, an animalistic creature that fights with animalistic speed and strength yet unable to speak. Though without eyes, Vulpimancers use the gills on their neck for thermography echolocation and use heightened senses of sound and smell. However, a loud sound or a horrific smell can overwhelm a Vulpimancer. According to various profiles on Wildmutt, the porcupine-like quills on his back supplement his radar sight and can also serve as weapons, either protecting him while he's rolling, or as projectiles fired off at will. This ability is unique to adult Vulpimancers, and since Ben's version is only ten years old, these quills have not fully developed.

Ben first transformed into Wildmutt in "And Then There Were 10" after his experiment with the Omnitrix, thus his first intentional transformation. When Ben got his cold, it affected Wildmutt by clogging its nostrils, causing it to lose its sense of smell, therefore, not letting it "see." In Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Wildmutt's design was basically unchanged, except that his lips were orange instead of black and he has Ultimatrix symbol on his chest. Wildmutt made a few brief appearances in the third series, most of them off-screen and not by Ben; his official debut was in "Prisoner #775 is Missing", where he used to track the invisible alien prisoner, and as he doesn't speak, Gwen shout out his name for him. Wildmutt made a brief appearence in "Inspector 13" when the Ultimatrix malfunctioned and Gwen and Kevin transformed into the aliens, Kevin transformed into Wildmutt and crashed his car.

In Omniverse, 16 year old Wildmutt has black lips, his forearms are a bit bigger and he now has a green and white neck brace. The Omnitrix symbol is on his 'collar'. 11-year old Wildmutt looks identical to his original design except that the Omnitrix symbol is green. He first reappears in "Have I Got a Deal for You", chasing the Screggit.

Ultimate Wildmutt

As Ultimate Wildmutt, he gained the ability to speak; he is a red-skinned version of himself with bony spikes protruding from his back, and a stinger-like spike on the end of his tail. He is stronger than the regular form, with longer claws and has a tail with a scorpion-like stinger at the edge. Ultimate Wildmutt first appears in "Prisoner #775 is Missing" when he manages to subdue the alien prisoner.

Diamondhead

Voiced by:

Diamondhead is a Petrosapien (Petro is a Greek term referring to rocks, sapien referring to an intelligent being; Petrosapien would mean "intelligent rock") from the planet Petropia (a combination of Petro and topos, forming a word similar to "rock place"). The planet was destroyed by Vilgax with the help of Tetrax, who unknowingly helped him create the weapon that destroyed it. This was originally the case, but in "The Secret of Chromastone", it was revealed that the object used to destroy Petropia was a crystal that must be used by Sugilite (the Crystalsapien whose DNA was used for the sample of Chromastone) to recreate the planet. Petropia was reborn in this episode, and all Petrosapiens now resemble Ben's Diamondhead form.

Diamondhead's body is composed of an extremely durable organic crystal, which resembles Taedenite, making him nearly invulnerable. Like Heatblast, Diamondhead can control his crystal physiology at will, allowing him to create crude crystal weapons from any part of his body on demand or fire crystal shards from his hands. This same ability also allows him to regenerate to an extent, such as re-growing lost limbs. In addition to growing crystal from himself, Diamondhead can grow crystal over the ground, and his crystal body acts as a prism, refracting light beams. The one drawback to Diamondhead's crystal form is the crystal itself, which can shatter if exposed to sufficiently strong sonic vibrations, and while Petrosapiens can regenerate limbs, there is a limit to how much damage they can recover from. Ben first transformed into Diamondhead to destroy Vilgax's giant robot sent to take the Omnitrix in "And Then There Were 10". In the planning stages, Diamondhead was set up to be one of the aliens Ben would have discovered later on, while Cannonbolt would have been one of the original ten.[citation needed]

In Ben 10: Alien Force, Diamondhead was regained after Chromastone was temporarily destroyed by Vilgax. He no longer wears the original costume, he instead has a body composed of material similar to that of Chromastone, and the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol moves to his chest from his left-chest.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Diamondhead has clothing almost similar to the first series except that now instead of half black and half white, it is all black with one large green stripe down the middle up to his belt, and wears completely black pants. He has a belt similar to Kickin Hawk's, Gravattack's, Eye Guy's, Big Chill's, Shocksquatch's and Four Arms'. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on his belt. Also Diamondhead no longer bears the crystals on his chest. The crystals on his back have grown in length also. His chin is also larger. He also wears black shoes with green on the bottom. He re-appears in It Was Them by 16 year old Ben to fight and defeat Slamworm.11-year old Diamondhead looks almost exactly identical to the original, but the left side of his suit is missing the black patch over the Omnitrix symbol. His chin is also larger too. His eyes are green and the Omnitrix is recolored. He first reappears in "Trouble Helix", used by 11-yrs-old Ben for fight Malware.

XLR8

Voiced by:

XLR8 is a Kineceleran (a portmanteau of the words "kinetic" and "accelerate") from the planet Kinet (the first part of kinetic, which is movement energy).

XLR8 resembles a semi-armored velociraptor, the base creature for the form's design. He has wheel-shaped feet, scissor-like claws and wears a helmet with a windshield, which is a part of his alien biology, leaving the features of his head unknown. XLR8 has the ability to manipulate friction to reach speeds of 500 mph in an instant, and the same power allows him to climb up walls and run on water with relative ease. Using his speed, XLR8 can perform a number of unique feats, like creating tornadoes through centrifugal force, either through running in a small circle or spinning, and can deliver speed-enhanced attacks in fast succession. Amazing reflexes accompany this speed, allowing XLR8 to quickly dodge attacks. Ben first transformed into XLR8 when he decided to play around with his newfound power, also used him to get revenge on Cash and JT whom he fought with earlier in the episode "And Then There Were 10".

He reappears in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, with no difference from the original series. XLR8 was first used in the Ultimatrix in the crossover special "Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United" to grab Dr. Holiday from Alpha Nanite.

In Omniverse, 16-year-old Ben's appearance is the same as Ultimate Alien, but taller, and wears a green shirt like Diamondhead's, has 4 blue stripes on his tail, and is more muscular. His claws are also longer. 11-year-old Ben as XLR8 retains the same appearance from the original series, but his whole neck is white and his tail has 3 blue stripes instead of 5 and is shorter and the Omnitrix Symbol is now green. He first reappears in "Trouble Helix", used by 11-yrs-old Ben. He debuts as 16yrs Ben in "Hot Stretch".

Grey Matter

Voiced by:

Grey Matter is a Galvan (a play of galvanization), a gray-skinned, frog-like alien that is 5 inches tall. The Galvan race are an highly intelligent race that have made technologies in the series, including the Omnitrix, the Null Void, Galvanic Mechamorphs (Upgrade's species), and their planet, Galvan Mark II, after their original homeworld Galvan Prime was destroyed by the Highbreed in the "War of the Worlds" 2-parter.

Ben usually dislikes becoming Grey Matter, feeling his small size is often useless, and he is usually only accessed by accident, especially when Ben wants a large, powerful alien. However, as Grey Matter, Ben gains Galvan's calculative and technical intellect, being able to outwit larger enemies, create almost anything from spare parts, deduce the function of any device at a glance, and analytically help in difficult situations. Grey Matter's size allows him to squeeze into small spaces, climb walls due to tiny suction cups on his skin, has sharp teeth and his slimy skin makes him difficult to grab. Ben first transformed into Grey Matter to search for a rare gold card of the Sumo Slammer in cereal boxes of a supermarket in "Washington B.C.".

In Omniverse, 11 year old Grey Matter looks exactly the same as the original, but his collar is now black. His skin tone is also different. 16 year old Grey Matter now has a green jumpsuit with a black belt, his suit collar is now black, he has black gloves with a green rectangle, the stripe on his head is now gone, his neck is longer, he wears the Omnitrix symbol is on his back and his voice is deeper. He reappears in "Have I Got a Deal for You", trying to catch the Screegit.

Fourarms

Voiced by:

Fourarms (a play on forearm) is a Tetramand (tetra meaning four in Greek, mand being arms in Latin) from the desert planet Khoros that epitomizes a dystopia, resulting in the strength-oriented Tetramands. Tetramands are 12 foot tall powerhouses with armored skin and extremely dense musculature, making them unmatched in pure physical strength with the females stronger than the males. However, the muscle mass and heavy skin makes Tetramands relatively slow and unable to use things normally used by smaller life forms.

Fourarms is one of Ben's favorite alien forms, utilizing Fourarms's strength to create shockwaves simply by pounding the ground or clapping all four of his hands together, dubbed the "Big Smack", and his leg strength allows him to cross entire city blocks in a single jump. When under the effects of an illness, his strength and stamina are somewhat lessened and he develops pungent hives in his armpits. With Fourarms, Ben has a tendency to make punning with arms and has habit of saying he can do something "with three hands tied behind my back". Ben first transformed into Four Arms to fight the giant woolly mammoth that Dr. Animo had reanimated in "Washington B.C.".

Four Arms reappeared in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, wearing a gladiator-type attire with gold bracelets on his wrists and ankles, a ponytail, two gold sashes that cross over his chest with the Ultimatrix symbol on the center of his chest, and green eyes instead of yellow. Four Arms is regained in "Video Games" in a fight with Ssserpent, and Ben was surprised because he did not know he was still there.

Ben's 10-year-old version of Fourarms made an appearance in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, in the episode "The Forge of Creation". With the exception of the Omnitrix badge on his shoulder changing from white to green, his appearance remained unchanged from the original series. In Omniverse, with a lighter skin tone, Fourarms is now bald with 3 short spikes on the top of his head, a mustache. He also wears a black tank top like shirt with the Omnitrix now on his belt. He also has fingerless gloves like in the Original Series with green cuffs at the wrist of his gloves. The 11-year-old Fourarms in Omniverse looks the same as in Ben 10 but with green eyes.

Stinkfly

Voiced by:

Stinkfly is a Lepidopterran from the swamp planet Lepidopterra (a play on lepidoptera, the scientific name for butterflies and moths). Combining elements of various insects and able to fly with high mobility and speed, Lepidopterrans have four eye stalks that give them a wide range of vision on all sides, and shoot a light blue beam. They also have mouths with pollen ducts that can excrete high-pressure foul smelling streams of liquids that vary from a flammable toxin to an immobilizing jelly. Younger members of the species emit a herbicide gas via flatulence. One weakness of a Lepidopterran losing their ability to fly when their wings get wet.

Ben first transformed into Stinkfly in "Washington B.C.", when he had to save Gwen after she fell from the Washington Monument, and defeat Dr. Animo. Since then, Stinkfly has been among Ben's most used alien forms in the original series. he 10-year-old Ben's Stinkfly made an appearance in the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien episode "The Forge of Creation". His eye color changed from orange to green, his hands are green instead of black, his teeth are white instead of green, his Omnitrix badge changed from white to green. In Omniverse, while 11-year-old Ben's Stinkfly resembled the original series with his face and pupiled eyes green, the current version has larger wings with a darker green exoskeleton. He reappears in "A Jolt from the Past", used by 11yrs old Ben to fight the Megawhatts. He debuts by 16yrs Ben in "Of Predators and Prey : Part 1".

Ripjaws

Voiced by:

Ripjaws is a Piscciss Volann (from piscēs, the Latin word for fish) of the artificial water planet Piscciss (a play on the constellation Pisces), a 98% water-based world with solid matter only at its core, and the gravity is controlled by an anti-gravity multiplier, which holds all water and the beings on the planet, but actually was a piece of the Map of Infinity, which Aggregor took and Goop's anti-gravity projector replaced. Piscciss Volanns are fish-like aliens that possess the traits of Earth's oceanic fish, with many variations but share a a luminescent dangle, an ability to withstand a remarkable amount of pressure and swim at great speeds by combining their legs into a tail. Piscciss Volanns are also voracious eaters, able to unhinge their jaws to bite into much larger and rip through steel.

First transforming into Ripjaws in order to take the Krakken's eggs back from Jonah Melville in "The Krakken", Ben does not rely on using the form due a flaw of Piscciss Volanns needing to stay hydrated, drying quickly if out of the water for even a few minutes. In Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, having regained access to the form in "Perplexhahedron" to escape from a water trap, Ripjaws looks a bit catfish-like with Ultimatrix symbol moves in the center of his chest, larger claws, and the phosphorescent light on his head is smaller.

In Omniverse, 11 year old Ripjaws's design combines Original Series and Ultimate Alien appearance. His eyes remain like Ultimate Aliens, his eyebrows are gone, his teeth are now shown but are still human-like. His tail his bigger, he has black clothing around his shoulders, and arms. The Omnitrix symbol is on his chest. His 16 year old appearance is a mix of both versions and has a belt with the omnitrix symbol on it. He will re-appear in the episode "Gone Fishin'".

Upgrade

Voiced by:

Upgrade is a Galvanic Mechomorph (a portmanteau of mecho- meaning machine and -morph meaning shape), a mechanical liquid body composed of nanotechnology and able to change shape. The Galvanic Mechamorphs were created by the Galvans and based from Galvan Prime's moon, Galvan B. Originally an uninhabited plantoid, Azmuth and the other Galvan scientists conducted an experiment to make Galavan B inhabitable with self-replicating nanotechnology. However, it caused a unforeseen event when the nanotechnology bonded with Galvan B's minerals and created the first Galvanic Mechomorphs who were recognized as sentient beings and flourished into a civilization. Other than firing positronic plasma beams from its eye, a Galvanic Mechamorph's primary ability is to merge with technology, regardless of size, upgrading it far beyond its original design. While that can control machines in that fashion, Galvanic Mechomorphs are incapable of properly controlling sentient robots. Galvanic Mechomorphs are also vulnerable against electricity and any sort of metal corrosive can compromise their delicate internal workings.

First becoming Upgrade to stop some criminals who were robbing an ATM in "Permanent Retirement", Ben's voice remained the same though sounding more computerized. This is due to Galvanic Mechomorphs being unable to bond with living organisms, thus Ben's transformation into Upgrade is incomplete. But this fact could be bended as seen in the crossover special "Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United", where Upgrade merged with Rex Salazar's Nanites to greatly enhance his ally's Nanite-based machines during their fight Alpha-Omega. Compared to his look from the original series, Upgrade's appearance in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien had him with a black and green color scheme; he still has the green stripes on the black side, but now has black stripes in the green side.

He will reappear in omniverse.

Ghostfreak

Voiced by:

Ghostfreak is an Ectonurite (ecto- is a play on ectoplasm) from the planet home-world Anur Phaetos (phaetos is a playing on Phaëton). Horrific creatures with a single eye on an upside down skull, sharp claws, and a striped ghost tail, Ectonurites normally wear a protective skin that condenses their form to resemble ghosts, their single eyes moving along a black track on the skin. Ectonurites are being able to phase through matter, possess people, turn invisible and fly. They more stronger in darkness and can be weakened in sunlight to the point of death by combustion if not wearing their second skin. The genetic donor for Ghostfreak is Zs'Skayr, the High Ecto-Lord of Anur Phaetos who tricked Myaxx into loading a genetic sample of himself into the Omitrix while he possesses a Florafauna. As an Ectonurite's consciousness exist in even in the smallest strand of their DNA, Ghostfreak is essentially Zs'Skayr as his parent appears to have been killed off prior to the first series.

Ben first transformed into Ghostfreak to sneak out of his great aunt's house in "Permanent Retirement", learning admitting a sense of dread when he later uses Ghostfreak to defeat Zombozo. Eventually, his mind becoming more independent of Ben, Ghostfreak finally managed to force his way out of the Omnitrix in the events "Ghostfreaked Out" and then attempts to over Ben's body in order to gain the Omnitrix for his own use. But even coercing the Circus Freak Trio to help him, Ghostfreak is destroyed when Ben exposes him to sunlight. However, as revealed in "The Return" and "Be Afraid of the Dark", Ghostfreak was revived by his former self's ally Dr. Vicktor to enact their plan to plunge the Earth into darkness. Though Ben manages to destroy Ghostfreak again, he manages to endure death once again by allowing himself to be scanned by the Omnitrix.

However, after being removed from the Codon Stream by the Galvan, Ghostfreak was placed in a prison before found by Vilgax. After telling him of Primus so he can free him, Ghostfreak proceeds to conquer Vilgaxia and convert the citizens into Ectonurites. When Vilgax enlists the help of Ben to try to take his domain back, Ghostfreak is absorbed back into the Omnitrix where he takes over Ben's body and attempts to possess. Vilgax. Luckily, with a combination of sunlight and Vilgax getting the upper hand, Ben regains control and reverts to his usual self. Since then, as shown in "The Ultimate Sacrifice", the Zs'Skayr persona has stayed inactive. In Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Ghostfreak's second skin looks different from the original series, having white skin, a bigger eye, and the Ultimatrix symbol moves to his chest from his left-chest.

He will reappear in omniverse.

Cannonbolt

Voiced by:

Cannonbolt (a play on cannonball) is an Arburian Pelarota (based on pelota, the Spanish word for ball and rota, a play on rotation) from the planet Arburia. Arburian Pelarotas are hulking, broad-shouldered alien covered in natural armor plating that makes them virtually invulnerable when curled up and roll at high speeds. But, as they cannot slow down quickly, Arburian Pelarotas tend to suffer inertia. Another down is that Arburian Pelarotas' speed and maneuverability are limited when not curled up, owing to his bulk and high center of gravity. As revealed in "The Big Tick", Arburia was destroyed by a "The Great One" with some of the remaining Arburian Pelarotas taking refuge at Vulpin were their exposure to the planet's pollution created an ethnic variation known as the Vulpinic Torgutans ("tortuga" is the Spanish word for turtle).[1]

The first time Ben used Cannonbolt was in "The Big Tick", but it was an accidental transformation at first and later intentional transformation to stop "The Great One" for destroying Earth. Since then, Cannonbolt has been Ben's usual alien forms in the original series. In Ben 10: Alien Force, Cannonbolt was regained by Azmuth after the Master Control of Omntrix was unlocked in "War of the Worlds". He now has green eyes instead of yellow, has no longer a black stripe on his torso, with normal canine teeth, and his Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol moved from his forehead to his chest. In Ben 10: Omniverse, Cannonbolt is slightly broader, and is a pale grey rather than the usual white. He has regained his torso stripe, and his eyes are further away from the black lining on his head. He reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 1".

Ultimate Cannonbolt

As Ultimate Cannonbolt, his body is light metallic cyan with a darker shade of gray on his now a metallic armor with cylindrical studs that turn into spikes when he goes into his ball form. In this state, he offers increased defense and more offensive capabilities therefore he can do more damage than normal, he also has increased speed, momentum and can bounce even higher. Ben first used Ultimate Cannonbolt in "Too Hot to Handle" to hold Kevin and P'andor, with his armor that is made of some material that can contain radiation, allowing Kevin to seal P'andor back in his suit.

Wildvine

Voiced by:

Wildvine is a Florauna (based on flora and fauna) from the planet Flors Verdance (a combination of flora and verdens, Latin word for green). Florauna are plant-based aliens with vine leg, and carnivorous plant-shaped flaps covering their heads. Among a Florauna's abilities are extending limbs, thorns, explosive seeds, merging with other plants and understanding other plant-based beings, and regeneration from near fatal attacks. However, like any plant, a Florauna requires sunlight and water to survive. But in Ben's case, first using the form by accident in "Camp Fear" to face the Mycelium, he seems to not require sunlight and water.

In Omniverse, he is almost the same, but he is a bit darker green. He reappears in "Outbreak", for fight Rook in a training excersise.

Benwolf

Voiced by:

Benwolf is a Loboan (based on lobo, the Spanish word for wolf) scanned from the Yenaldooshi in the titular episode; from the Anur Transyl's moon, Luna Lobo (literally translating from Spanish as "Wolf Moon").

Benwolf seems to be based on the Werewolf, from various horror films of the mid-20th century, to keep with the "horror" element associated with Ghostfreak. Ben obtains this form after Yenaldooshi scratched the Omnitrix in the episode "Benwolf", causing its DNA to be added into Ben's selection of aliens. The result of Ben's battle leaves the Omnitrix half way between "Scan Mode" and "Active Mode"; causing him to transform over the course of several hours instead of instantly as he normally does. Also, Benwolf is slightly different from Yenaldooshi, and his eyes are green instead of purple.

He possesses super-human strength and agility, and can send a green shock wave by peeling back his lupine snout. Ben is said to be affected by many other normal attacks and could be blinded by ultraviolet light, although there is no evidence showing this in the episode. Although he has color-blind vision, he never had a problem with it; he also finds it hard to resist his predatory instincts.

He will reappear in Omniverse.

Benmummy

Voiced by:

Benmummy is a Thep Khufan (a play with Khufu, an Ancient Egypt pharaoh) scanned from an unnamed Thep Khufan in "Under Wraps"; from the desert planet Anur Khufos.

Benmummy seems to be based on the Mummy, from various horror films of the mid-20th century, to keep with the "horror" element associated with Ghostfreak. He is covered in many bandages which he can control, using them as tentacles, also allows him to split them apart to dodge attacks and then reform to counterattack. He can regenerate from any injury, including being torn into pieces, almost instantly and with no visible repercussions; however, his bandages are supposedly made of paper, which makes him extremely light, allowing him to be thrown even by human strength, also they can get wet or burn, it's unknown if he can regenerate from this kind of damage.

Benmummy also looks slightly different from the original Thep Khufan scanned; his eyes and the gaps between his bandages glowing green instead of purple, having black bracers and greaves, as well as a smaller mask and the Omnitrix symbol on his left shoulder, also he can speak, even though the original seems to be mute. He was seen only two times in the original series; Ben first uses him in "The Return" to fight off the Yenaldooshi, but that was an accidental transformation, and when Ben first used the form, he had trouble figuring out how to control it. Ben quickly discovers how to stretch his bandages, but has not displayed knowledge of the advanced reshaping techniques yet.

Benmummy was seen again in the non-canon episode "Ken 10", when Ben 10,000 used it to take Ken out of the ventilation tube that he got stuck in when he tried to escape from his room.

He will reappear in Omniverse.

Benvicktor

Voiced by:

Benvicktor is a Transylian (a play on Transylvania) scanned from Dr. Vicktor in "Be Afraid of the Dark"; from the planet Anur Transyl.

Benvicktor seems to be based on the Frankenstein Monster, from various horror films of the mid-20th century, to keep with the "horror" element associated with Ghostfreak. Benvicktor has the ability to generate electricity and blast it at others, adhere himself to metal surfaces through electromagnetism; survive into the vacuum; also he possesses super-strength, agility and is invulnerable; Dr. Vicktor displays other powers, such as being intelligent and is able to connect himself to other devices to power up.

Benvicktor looks slightly different from Dr. Vicktor, with longer hair and a smaller left eye; also as the others, has green eyes instead of purple, and release green electricity. Benvicktor was first used to fight Ghostfreak, the Thep Khufan and Dr. Vicktor in "Be Afraid of the Dark".

He will reappear in Omniverse.

Upchuck

Voiced by:

Upchuck is a Gourmand (from gourmand) from the planet Peptos XI (based on Peptos, the Greek word for digested.). Gourmands are small frog-like aliens with a very large appetite, their strong and adhesive tongues stretching out to latch onto large objects and swallow whole. As Gourmand's mouths and various acid-filled stomachs stretch to facilitate the digestion, the latter converting the ingested matter into explosive balls of liquids that can be expelled at will with great accuracy.

Upchuck was unlocked for Ben's use by Xylene, to destroy a Vilgax's drone in "The Visitor". As Upchuck, Ben seems that he cannot to easily digest human food due to their acids being unstable for a Gourmand to digest. In Ben 10: Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, Ben regaining the form in the events of "War of the Worlds, Upchuck's appearance chased with the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol was moved to his chest from his left hand, his color scheme was changed to browns and yellows, and his eyes were changed from white to green, and now possesses a tail.

In Omniverse, Upchuck's 11 year old appearance remains the same but his eyes and symbol have changed from white to green. His 16 year old appearance remains the same as his Alien Force and Ultimate Alien appearance as well. He first reappears in "Outbreak", where Dr. Psychobos steals a part from the Omnitrix, causing it to malfuction and transfrom Rook into Upchuck.

Ditto

Voiced by:

Ditto is a Splixson (based on the word split) from the Earth-like planet Hathor.

Ditto is a humanoid child alien with the ability to clone himself limitless, but each clone operates independently, regardless of whether or not Ben wants them to, and is indistinguishable from the others, and he can breathe under the water. Though the clones are autonomous, they share a link with each other, all them feels someone's pain, and the death of one clone will cause the death of the rest, which negates the usefulness of making large numbers of clones, explaining the reasons why Ben rarely creates many clones of Ditto in the limited times he has appeared. His child-size is also neither stronger nor faster than his size and build suggests. Ben activated Ditto accidentally in the episode "Divided We Stand", to fight against Dr. Animo's mutated seagull; his first intentional Ditto transformation was in the same episode to goofing around in the beach.

He will reappear in Omniverse.

Eye Guy

Voiced by:

Eye Guy is an Opticoid (a play on optical) from the planet Singhtra (a play on sight).

Eye Guy is the first alien to have been unlocked off-screen, how he was obtained is never addressed. As his name says, Eye Guy's upper-body is covered in eyes, though he ironically has no eyes on his head, which consists of a mouth and a very large pair of bat-like ears. From these eyes, Eye Guy can fire numerous energy beams; the eyes can be merged to create different effects, like a freezing beam; and by merging every eye into the large eye, he can fire a stronger energy blast.

His only appearance in the original series itself was in "Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10: Part 2", where Ben was attempting to prevent the Negative 10 from stealing the Sub-Energy. He also was introduced in the first alternate opening of "Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix" version, on a fight with Doctor Animo.

He is briefly seen during the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien opening sequence. The only visible difference is that the Omnitrix symbol is now where his chest eye used to be.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Eye Guy's Omnitrix symbol has returned to his belt buckle, and the white on his pants has been replaced with green. He has green wristbands, and now has eyes in his palms.

Way Big

Voiced by:

Way Big is a To'kustar (a play on tokusatsu given Way Big's resemblance to characters from the Ultraman), created by cosmic storms.

He is a 100 feet of tall alien, being the biggest alien of the Omnitrix. This size grants him extraordinary strength and invulnerability to most attacks; he is also is capable of creating energy blasts like Ultraman and move into high speed. The only weakness of Way Big is his fin, which is a weak spot, because a fatal hit to this area may paralyze him.[note 1] Way Big was first introduced in "Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix" after Azmuth decides to deactivate the "Self-destruct mode" of the Omnitrix, unlocking him to defeat Vilgax and his army.

Way Big, like Upchuck and Cannonbolt, returns in the second season finale of Ben 10: Alien Force after Azmuth unlocks the Omnitrix Master Control in "War of the Worlds". His eyes are now green instead of yellow, the spikes on his shoulders are gone, his face is different and the fins on his hips are gone.

In Omniverse, Way Big's eyes on his cheeks return and he has three red lines on his neck. His blades on his shoulders have also returned and he is more muscular. He also has fingerless gloves like Four Arms. He reappears in "Blukic & Driba Go to Mr. Smoothie's" for fight Trompipulor.

Ultimate Way Big

As Ultimate Way Big, he is similar to the original form, but is three times bigger, has some blue shades in most part of his body, replacing the black parts, and now has two extra horns on each side of his head (making him resemble Ultraman Taro from the Ultra Series). In this form, Ultimate Way Big got his original abilities enhanced, like his size and cosmic ray; plus the ability to fly. Ben used Ultimate Way Big once to fight Diagon in the "The Ultimate Enemy part 2", making Ultimate Way Big the last of the Ultimate alien forms. But unfortunately, Ultimate Way Big never appeared before or after this episode.

Future Aliens

In the episodes "Ben 10,000" and "Ken 10", a future version of Ben from an alternate Crosstime utilizes three alien forms unused in the present day. Although the events of these episodes are arguably non-canon in the first series, these three aliens would appear in the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien opening sequence, suggesting that they, at least, are canon, but were not debuted in this series, like most of the other aliens of the original series.

Four other aliens were mentioned in "Ken 10", Atomix, Sandbox, Snakepit, and Shellhead; although they might not be real, because this episode is non-canon.

Spitter

Voiced by:

Spitter is a Spheroid (a play on sphere, probably due to the shape of his head) from the rainy planet Scalpasc (A play on Scalp).

Spitter is a large, fish-like alien with stubby legs (similarly shaped like that of a rhinoceros' foot), and a tail. As his name says, he has the ability to inflate himself and spit out a pressurized concentrated blast of slime, that is very slippery, also it can be acidic, as is shown to be highly conductive; it is also has sharp teeth, that might be used as a weapon.

He will appear in Omniverse.

Buzzshock

Voiced by:

Buzzshock is a Megawhatt (A play on megawatt and "what"); Called a Nosedeenian by Fistrick in "A jolt from the past" from the Nosedeen Quasar (A play on Noseden and Quasar).

Buzzshock is a battery-like energy being that manipulate electricity; that can pass through any electrical source in a high speed; he can also duplicate himself when he is cut in half or has enough power, dividing in Mitosis-like way; and can fly. Although Ben has not revealed these powers himself, he does reveal that he has the ability to send green electrical shocks, unlike the regular Megawhatts, which shoot yellow; he is also slightly different from them, which are yellow while Buzzshock has green eyes and a white lightning stripe on his chest. Buzzshock was first used by Ben 10,000 in his fight with Doctor Animo.

He will appear in omniverse.

Articguana

Voiced by:

Articguana is a Polar Manzardill (A play on Polar), one of the many types of Manzardill, from the polar ice caps of X'Nelli. Articguana is a blue iguana-like alien that can breathe freezing vapor, using it to freeze anything around him as long as he is not out of breath.

Though two alternate future versions of himself used Artiguana, the first to freeze Vilgax into a river and suggested the name "Absolute Zero" while the other used his Ultimatrix to access Articguana's powers, Ben first canonically used Articguana in the Ben 10: Omniverse episode "Hot Stretch". In Omniverse, Articguana has clothing which covers most of his body. His chest is covered by a white shell. His sleeves are still fully black, and he has four fins instead of three. The fins seem to be more pointed. The clothing goes all the way up to his head and his pant legs are all black. The black lines on his face do not go through his mouth anymore. The Omnitrix symbol is on his chest. The spikes on his face are now on his chin. His gills are no longer visible.

11 year old Ben's Articguana in Omniverse looks the exact same as 16 year old Ben's Articguana only without the white shell, his sleeves ending in white when it reaches his hand and his leg being white and ending in black when it reaches his foot. The Omnitrix symbol is on his left hand. The white in the Omnitrix symbol has changed to green.

Toepick

Toepick was only mentioned by Ken Tennyson. He is greatly disliked by Ken as he said, "Toepick even grosses me out".

In Omniverse he is a green-skinned ogre-type alien with a metal cage around his head. The metal cage has two horns. Connected to this cage is his armor, which wraps around his shoulders and connects to his pants with what appears to be chains. Toepick has the Omnitrix on his chest.Without his cage on his face, his real face is black boogers.

His toy is scheduled to release in 2013 (Click here to see toy[2])

Aliens introduced in Ben 10: Alien Force

Swampfire

Voiced by:

  • Dee Bradley Baker - Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and Ben 10 Omniverse
  • David Kaye - Ben 10 Omniverse: "Have I Got A Deal For You"

Swampfire is a Methanosian from the planet Methanos (referring to methane).

Swampfire is another living plant alien with a fire-patterned head and root-like feet seemingly holding rocks, and is described as a living swamp. He has superhuman strength, ability to control plant life through a type of flammable gas, and the ability to create fire from his hands, which can also be used to launch his body for flight; the fire is created by igniting methane naturally produced within his body, which causes him to have a bad odor. He can also produce seeds that quickly grow into vines that he can control. Has vast regenerative ability, which allows him to alter his own body, such as dig underground in vine form, growing his feet to root himself into the ground, heal his lost limbs or of other ones, this ability makes him almost indestructible. However, Swampfire is more vulnerable than Heatblast because he can be frozen for periods of time, unlike Heatblast, who is completely invulnerable to cold. He appeared in pilot episode of Ben 10 Alien Force, in "Ben 10 Returns: Part 1" after the Omnitrix had recalibrated, to fight the DNAliens, Forever Knights and defeat Kevin.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Swampfire's design hasn't changed at all except for a different shaped head and the Omnitrix symbol moving from his chest to his waist. He reappears in "Have I Got A Deal For You", trying to catch the Screegit.

Ultimate Swampfire

As Ultimate Swampfire, he is a tree-like version of himself with a Heatblast-like face and blue gooey shells containing an organic, blue-colored napalm kerosene gel-like solution, containing a highly flammable substance that is used to create blue fire flames, which are more powerful than the normal, and when put his hands together, he creates a huge fire blast; also can shoot fire bombs. Ultimate Swampfire cannot regenerate himself, however, this limitation was offset by his body made of petrified wood, becoming more resistant to damage. Ben used Ultimate Swampfire for the first time in the Ben 10: Alien Force's series finale "The Final Battle: Part 2", to fight Vilgax, and being the first ultimate form used by Ben.

Echo Echo

Voiced by:

Echo Echo is a Sonorosian (a play on sonic and sonar) from the planet Sonorosia (from the word sonoros in Galician, meaning sound).

Echo Echo is a small white silicon-based alien whose body is a living amplifier, has a headphones connected to square appendage resembling an MP3 player in his back with a port on it decorated with a binary digit situated like the number 10, and cassette tapes-like on his lower legs. He can scream at ultrasonic frequencies, capable of overloading machinery and stopping projectiles in mid-flight; also can use echolocation; channel vibrations to enhance his power and transmit sound waves through speakers. He also has the ability to duplicate himself, but unlike Ditto, in that the clones are not linked in any way and can revert even if all duplicates are not re-integrated, which splinters the original's personality. With these skills, Echo Echo can create a "Wall of Sound", where he and his clones can redirect projectiles back to their source by bouncing them off of strategically placed clones. Also, he revealed an ability to fly. The first time he appeared was to fight the Forever Knights' dragon robot in "Ben 10 Returns: Part 2".

In Omniverse, Echo Echo has 2 black stripes on the center of his ears. His Omnitrix symbols is moved to his forehead. He reappears in "It Was Them" for fight the giant ants.

Ultimate Echo Echo

As Ultimate Echo Echo, he is a blue, taller, with longer arms, and more robotic version of himself with black lines on his body, and his square on his back is replaced by a cassette tape-like, and his mouth doesn't move when he talks, but he can open it. In this state, Ultimate Echo Echo is unlike his regular form, he cannot duplicate himself anymore (As confirmed on the Cosmic Destruction site), but this limitation is well matched with incredible new abilities, can now shoot sonic screams and sonic waves from discs, these discs are on many parts of his body, that can be thrown or controlled, which makes him the most powerful ultimate form. Ben used Ultimate Echo Echo on first time to fight the Necrofriggian colonizers, and to help Gwen and Kevin with the traps of the temple in "Map of Infinity".

Humungousaur

Voiced by:

Humungousaur is a Vaxasaurian (vaxa is an Icelandic word which means grow and sauria being a clade of lizards) from the planet Terradino (terradino means "terrible land" in Latin).

Humungousaur is a 12 feet tall humanoid dinosaur-like alien. He possesses a great strength and a thick layer of skin that provides vast resistance to injury; he also has the power to increase his own body size and mass growing up to 50 feet in height, his strength increases as he grows, and his dinosaur features become more pronounced, growing Stegosaurus-like plates on his back, a crest from his forehead, and spikes on his tail; Humungousaur also has proven to be durable enough to survive in space for at least a few minutes. Ben used him on the first time to fight a swarm of DNAliens and a Highbreed in "Ben 10 Returns: Part 2".

In Ben 10: Omniverse, he wears black underwear, has a green strap and a slightly bigger chin. He reappears in the "Predators and Prey" 2-parter to fight Khyber's hound in its Mucilator form, only to lose when the alien dog transforms into Tyrannopede.

Ultimate Humungousaur

A green and blue version of Humungousaur. He is much stronger, can turn his arms into missile launchers, and has a spiked ball at the end of his tail.

Jetray

Voiced by:

Jetray is an Aerophibian (derived from aero for air and amphibian) from the planet Aeropela (From "Aero" and Propellor), a manta ray-like alien who has horns extending from the center of the eyes and two wings which are attached to his arms. He is capable of flying and swimming at high speeds, around 300 mph as fast as XLR8 (or probably faster), being able to reach significant fractions of light speed; he can shoot neuroshock blasts through his eyes and tail in the form of a massive explosion; also he doesn't need to breathe, enabling him to easily travel through water and space. Jetray first appears to chase Alan Albright in "Everybody Talks About the Weather".

Big Chill

Voiced by:

  • Dee Bradley Baker - Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, and Ben 10: Omniverse

Big Chill is a Necrofriggian (necro- meaning death, and -frigid meaning very cold) from the planet Kylmyys (the Finnish word for coldness). Moth-like in form, able to fold their wings to look like they are wearing hooded robes to give a ghostly appearance, Necrofriggians can become intangible and freeze an opponent in various ways, one of which utilizes intangibility to freeze anything that they passes through.[note 2] While possessing superhuman strength and resistance to extreme temperatures, Necrofriggians are unable to use their intangibility against opponents with the same ability. Necrofriggians have an ability to asexually reproduce once every 80 years: building a large nest made of digested metal, which their eggs will hatch, then their offspring feed from metal and will first eat from the nest, before they instinctively will feed on solar plasma until they mature and go to their home.

Ben first became Big Chill in "Kevin's Big Score" to chase down Kevin after he stole the Rustbucket II and later to fight Vulkanus. Later, due to the Nercofriggian reproduction cycle, Big Chill overtook Ben's personality to carry out the process, but Ben doesn't remember anything he does as Big Chill during this cycle. In Omniverse, Big Chill is larger and barrel chested with a slightly different-shaped head, bigger wings and the Omnitrix symbol is now on a belt on his waist. He reappears in "Predators and Prey : Part 2", for leave Khyber's ship.

Ultimate Big Chill

As Ultimate Big Chill, he is red-skinned version of himself with flame design on his wings, antennae and around his eyes, which resembles a mask; and his voice is more gravelly than normal, having a deeper tone behind it. In this state, Ultimate Big Chill can now also create "ice flames", flames that turn into ice. These "flames" consume the heat of whatever they touch. Instead of burning, the object freezes faster than normal. He was first used in "Hit Em Where They Live", to fight Vulkanus and his Pickaxe Alien army.

Chromastone

Voiced by:

Chromastone is a Crystalsapien (a combination of crystal- and -sapien which means "intelligent being made of crystal"). Outside the series canon, Crystalsapiens originate from the planet Mor' Otesi. A Crystalsapien's abilities include strength, flight, and the absorbing of any form of energy and channel it into ultraviolet laser blasts or less-intense natural light if expecting it or strong enough. The Omnitrix's donor the is Sugilite, Petropia's sentinel created specifically for the restoration of Petropia and its people, the petrosapiens in the case of destruction together with the sacred crystal.

Ben first used Chromastone to stop a group of zombified schoolgirls in "All That Glitters", using the form up until the events of 2-part "Vengeance of Vilgax" where Chromastone was destroyed by Vilgax but reformed into Diamondhead. Since then, Sugilite remained hidden on Diamondhead's armor until Tetrax retrieves him to enact the restoration of Petropia. Although Chromastone becomes accessible again after the events of "The Secret of Chromastone", Ben didn't use him until the pilot episode of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, to fight Bivalvan, being very surprised that he still had access to the form.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Chromastone's design remains unchanged. He briefly appears in "Trouble Helix", helping Blukic and Driba test some laser beams on him.

Brainstorm

Voiced by:

Brainstorm is a Cerebrocrustacean (a play on cerebrum and crustacean) from the planet Encephalonus IV (a play on encepha-, a prefix referring to the brain), the previous three Encephalonus planets all destroyed as the result of primitive Cerebrocrustaceans' attempts to take advantage of the storms surrounding their previous home worlds with poor results. Cerebrocrustaceans are high intelligent crab-like creatures able to perform several complex calculations and use electric attacks with their pincers or by opening the exoskeleton plates that covers their exposed brains. They can also has the power to levitate; and cause a storm just by thinking. But their intellect makes the Cerebrocrustaceans selfish and eccentric.

As Brainstorm, with the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol in his cephalothorax, Ben speaks with much greater diction and with a British accent. He was first seen in "Pier Pressure", to face Ship, but Brainstorm was an accidental transformation. In Omniverse, he has a green and black stripe on his forehead, and similary-colored pants.

Spidermonkey

Voiced by:

  • Dee Bradley Baker - Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and Ben 10: Omniverse

Spidermonkey is an Arachnichimp (a play on arachnid and chimpanzee) from the jungle planet Arahnascimmia (which is also called "Arachna"). Dwelling in tree tops to avoid the giant predators on Arahnascimmia's surface, Arachnichimps are four-eyed, six-limbed blue monkey-like aliens with the ability to produce strong webbing from their tails.

Since first using the form in "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" to fight Verdona, Ben uses Spidermonkey as one of most used aliens for being able to execute nimble hand-to-hand fighting though has got tangled in his webbing on occasion. Despite not being a strong form, Spidermonkey's wiry frame is suitable to evading danger.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Spidermonkey's design was largely changed: Having two extra eyes, spiky hair, gray stripes, and, and two green sashes going across his chest where the Omnitrix is located. He first reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 1", for fight Crabdozer.

Ultimate Spidermonkey

As Ultimate Spidermonkey, he is a bulky purple gorilla-like with four sharp spider legs sprouting from his back, and he had lost his tail and his extra arms. In this state, Ultimate Spidermonkey is stronger and can spit webs from his mouth, in larger amount, which are very tough and is waterproof. He was first seen in the pilot episode of Ben 10 Ultimate Alien, to fight Bivalvan, being the second ultimate form of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.

Goop

Voiced by:

Goop is a Polymorph (a word meaning "many shapes") from the planet Viscosia (a play on viscosity).

He is a 200 pound viscous life form, shape-shifting, made of green goo, also made of acidic, controlled by an anti-gravity multiplier developed by Galvans, that resembles a small UFO, where his voice comes from, and also has sharp edges. This device allows him to take any shape and levitate; however, if the anti-gravity multiplier and the slime are separated by even a short distance, the slime will become inert until the anti-gravity multiplier recollects it, and also it has a button that shuts off the anti-gravity. Goop first appears to battles a Techadon in "The Gauntlet".

In "Deep" Goop used his anti-gravity projector to keep the Piscciss planet's gravity, and he kept his anti-gravity multiplier there, even when Ben returns to human form. Dwayne McDuffie says the Ultimatrix will generate another anti-gravity multiplier; he also said that polymorphs did not use an anti-gravity multiplier.

In Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, because of his slime body, the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix can be easily pulled off, reverting Goop to normal and decoupling the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix from the user. In Omniverse, the Omnitrix is on the Anti-Gravity multiplier, eliminating this weakness. He reappears in "Blukic & Driba go to Mr. Smoothie's" for fight Trompipulor.

He will reappear in the episode Blukic and Driba go to Mr. Smoothies.

Alien X

Ben is voiced by:

  • Yuri Lowenthal - Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, and Ben 10: Omniverse

Bellicus is voiced by:

Serena is voiced by

Alien X is a Celestialsapien (celestial referring to a supernatural being and sapien from the Latin wise), native to their Forge of Creation, their birthplace, outside the known Universe, hidden from everyone aside, except Paradox and whoever possess the Map of Infinity. Celestialsapiens have black bodies resembling space with tiny white stars, and a white shadow and white hands. They have the power of Reality warping, with Paradox even calling them Omnipotent; they are all usually in an inactive state of internal debate due to two conflicting personalities: Bellicus, the voice of rage and aggression, and Serena, the voice of love and compassion. As Serena and Bellicus have been arguing for eternity, each Celestialsapien normally remains still for long periods of time. Though the two are usually unable to agree on anything, they make an exception in the case of Paradox as they both hate him to the point of allowing him to exist only if he stayed "500 light years" far from them, or any Celestialsapien.

Alien X is the tenth alien that Ben becomes after his Omnitrix was reformatted when he stops a dam that had burst in "X = Ben + 2", becoming a metaphysical medium within his body for both Bellicus and Serena to settle their debates as their "voice of reason" while physically unable to move as Alien X. When none of his ideas worked, Ben gave them the idea to let him become a different alien to fight the Incursions. Since then, though he acknowledges Alien X as one of his most powerful aliens, Ben cannot afford the cost that comes with assuming the form, the reason being that unless he can get either persona on his side, leaving Alien X's body trapped in place.

After getting the Ultimatrix, Ben had a security protocol installed that locked the Alien X option to ensure the form would not be used if the item fell into the wrong hands and that he would not accidentally turn into it, and left Gwen and Kevin with the keys that undo the protocol. Ben had this undone in order to get Bellicus and Serena to help him to find the Forge of Creation and stop Aggregor, which didn't work. Paradox ended up getting Ben out of his Alien X form after the boy's attempt to reason with the two personalities fails.

In the Ben 10: Omniverse series, redesigned with a bigger chin, Alien X is used by Ben in the episode "So Long, And Thanks For All the Smoothies" to recreate the universe after it was destroyed by the Annihilarg with only a few minor differences.

Lodestar

Voiced by:

  • Dee Bradley Baker - Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and Ben 10: Omniverse

Lodestar (a play on lodestone, a magnetic rock, piece of magnetite) is a Biosavartian (As a play on "bio" for life and the Biot-Savart Law) from an unknown planet.

Lodestar has a floating metal head which levitates between his pointed shoulders, which are held in place magnetically, and his mouth doesn't move, has crab-like claws just like the claws on his feet. He has magnetic-based powers, being able to create magnetic fields, enabling him to repel, attract, emit electromagnetic pulses, and control metallic objects; and also use electromagnetism as a form of offense (shockwaves, pulses, energy bursts, etc.); he has an armored hull, tough, but does not support a huge explosion, in the other hand, he can regenerate itself; and also he can make a shield and fly.

At the end of "War of the Worlds Part 2" when the Omnitrix resets itself after Ben reprograms the DNA of the Highbreed, it had unlocked new aliens, Ben transformed into him, but he wasn't seen, just his hologram. His official debut was in "Simple" to defeat the Red Army.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Lodestar's relatively unchanged, the only change is his head, which now has a skull-like shape with yellow horns similar to Jetray's; also he now can move his mouth when he talks. He reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 1", chasing Zombozo.

Rath

Voiced by:

  • John DiMaggio - Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien & Ben 10: Omniverse
  • Jeff Bennett - Ben 10: Alien Force (As Azmuth in "Primus")
  • Ashley Johnson - Ben 10: Ultimate Alien (As Gwen in "Inspector 13")

Rath (a play on "wrath") is an Appoplexian (a play on apoplexy, a part of the brain that deals with anger) from the planet Appoplexia. Resembling large, muscle-bound, humanoid tailless tiger-like aliens, Appoplexians suffer from aggressive temperament and decreased intelligence, having a need to fight anything that breathes regardless if they fight their own friends. Their mannerisms and speech are reminiscent of a professional wrestler speaking in third person, saying Lemme tell ya somethin'! then followed by the full name of whoever they are talking to. In addition, each Appoplexian has two retractable claws on the wrists that can generate shockwaves when driven into objects and are durable to the point of surviving in space for short periods and take a powerful laser cannon blast at point blank range without even flinching. But one downside to Appoplexians, other than their tempers, is acute aquaphobia.

Ben first becomes Rath in "The Con of Rath" when the crown prince Tiffin sets off the Omnitrix's circuit, and caused it to keep Ben in that state for the whole episode until Tiffin leaves, and when Ben found out that Kevin knew about it all the time, he turned back into him to beat Kevin up. Though being Rath alters his mind, Ben uses him as one of his more powerful alien forms due to being gifted with enough physical agility and strength to easily lift objects far larger than him and pummeling most enemies with ease.

In Omniverse Rath's appearance is basically unchanged except he has different shaped eye brows. He reappears in "It Was Them" for fight the giant ants.

Aliens introduced in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien

Nanomech

Voiced by:

Nanomech is a Nanomechian being from the Hive planets, an inch high insectoid with the ability to shrink to a microscopic size to adapt to any situation. He also can fly and shoot electricity from his hands and eye. In Ben 10: Alien Swarm, Nanomach was unlocked by the Omnitrix scanning the Hive's Nanochips. Ben then use Nanomech to enter Victor Validus's brain and battle what he believed to be the Hive's Queen; resisting her influence through his individuality as he destroyed her and thus freed everybody from the Hive's control.

Debuting in the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien episode "Video Games", with his appearance and voice changed; Nanomech would be in a supposed video game he was going to appear in, but Nanomech was regarded too small for the video game. Later in the same episode, he was used to tear apart the insides of Will Harangue's robot.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, he now has a design that combines aspects more from Alien Swarm. He no longer has his circuits, and has different wings and a more robotic voice tone; also his Omnitrix's symbol is now where his eye supposes to be. He reappears in "Have I Got a Deal for You", trying to catch Screegit.

Waterhazard

Voiced by:

Waterhazard is an Orishan (A play on oyster) scanned from Bivalvan in "Fame"; from the Andromeda Galaxy.

Waterhazard is a red, crustacean-like alien of bivalve origin. He is able to shoot pressurized water from his palms, as well as absorb ambient moisture from the air by manipulate the water; has a highly durable armored exoskeleton which protects his body from most types of damage, including moderate amounts of radiation; has enhanced strength and can breathe underwater for a period of time. Waterhazard first appeared in "Too Hot to Handle" to pretend to be Bivalvan and convince P'andor to leave Earth, but did not work because of the rivalry between P'andor and Bivalvan.

In Omniverse, his new design has 4 slitted eyes, and maybe has eyes on his chest. Has a crab-like legs on his torso; his hood is rougher and not as smooth and many barnacles-like on his body. He reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 2", for fight Buglizard.

AmpFibian

Voiced by:

Ampfibian is an Amperi (derives from the term ampere, an SI unit of electric current) scanned from Ra'ad in "Fused"; from the Andromeda Galaxy.

Ampfibian is a blue jellyfish-like alien with six tentacles. He has the ability to generate and drain electricity from his tentacles; can sense the electrical pulses in the minds of other life forms, allowing him to read their thoughts, but seems that Ben doesn't know how to do it; turn intangible, stretch all of his tentacles, and absorb and redirect energy beams. Ampfibian can also travel through air, water, and electronic currents by turning his body into electricity.

Though unintentionally first used in "Fused", where Ra'ad entered Ben's body during the DNA scan in a freak accident in an attempt to take the Ultimatrix offline to evade Aggregor to track him down; which explains that the first time, he had blue eyes and had a voice that sounds just like Ben's but it has the effect of being phase-shifted because of Ra'ad. The first intentional use was in "Deep", to breathe under water on the planet Piscciss, where from this time he has green eyes.

In Ben 10: Omniverse, AmpFibian didn't change too much except for his pointed tentacles and the Omnitrix on his face. He reappears in "Have I Got a Deal for You", for fight Hokestar, Solid Plugg & Pax.

Armodrillo

Voiced by:

Armodrillo is a Talpaedan (a play on talpidae, a name for a family of mammals that includes subterranean animals such as moles) scanned from Andreas in "Andreas' Fault"; from the Andromeda Galaxy planet Terraexcava (from Portuguese Terra Excava means "Excavated ground").

Armodrillo is a strong armored robotic armadillo-like alien with a head that looks similar to a Corinthian helmet. He has an invulnerable armor that protects him from most of damages; has two jackhammers-like arms, that allows the ability to drill into the ground, or form jackhammers that cause tremors, shock waves and earthquakes; and also can turn his hands in actual drills, and launch objects from his hands by using hydraulics. Despise all this mechanical appearance, he is biological and the armor and drills are natural. Ben first used Armodrillo to defeat Computron and the robots from the Dimension 12 released by Captain Nemesis in "Hero Time".

In Ben 10: Omniverse, his design now includes a different head shape, bolts on his shoulders and has a metal circle on top of his head; a tail and fingers with horizontal lines. He reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 2", for fight Psyphon and Buglizard.

Terraspin

Voiced by:

Terraspin (a pun on the turtle terrapin and "spin") is a Geochelone Aerio (a play on Geochelone, a turtle found in Africa, Asia, and the USA, and "Aerio" a play on air) scanned from Galapagus in "Escape From Aggregor"; from the Andromeda Galaxy peaceful planet Aldabra (a pun on the island of the Aldabra Group).

Terraspin is a turtle-like alien with holes in his chest, and big flat flipper-like arms with retractable claws that can be used as fingers. He has the ability to shrink his head into his shell, with an opening over the shell that serves as a viewfinder, his fins become triangular and his legs combine into a similar triangular shape, he blows a powerful wind from his holes in its forward, also using his triangular shape arms as propellers; allowing varied powers such as creating winds and spinning himself in high-speed; he uses the blowing ability for fly; has super-human strength, and also his species is impervious to mana. Ben first used him to destroy an alien artifact that became a robot, accidentally activated by Cash in "Reflected Glory".

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Terraspin now has six holes instead of eight, has spots on his legs, toes and shoulders. Also his skin is now green instead of a tan/brown; and has gained toes on his feet as well. He reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 2" for catch Bubble Helmet.

NRG

Voiced by:

NRG is a Prypiatosian-B (a play on Prypiat, a city that was evacuated due to the Chernobyl disaster) scanned from P'andor in "Too Hot To Handle"; from the Andromeda Galaxy.

NRG is a radioactive energy being with Russian accent, encased within an oven-like invulnerable containment suit that contains his radiation. When released, he is able to shoot energy beams and can create intense heat, enough to create the intensity of a nuclear bomb; he is capable of becoming intangible, so he cannot be touched except by the material his armor is made of. His armor is so tough that can only be broken with a sharp piece of Taedenite; but even trapped in the armor; he can still use part of his power when is released, can shoot energy beams through the holes of the viewfinder, and can generate intense heat, being able to create magma; and have the super-human strength. Ben first transformed into NRG by accident to defeat the 10-year old Ben as the original Heatblast in "The Forge of the Creation".

In Ben 10: Omniverse, his new design includes a handle-like form on the top of his head, and has bolts on his body. He reappears in "The More Things Change : Part 2" for catch Liam. In "Hot Stretch", he gets out of his suit and reveals an orange creature.

Fasttrack

Voiced by:

Fasttrack is a Citrakayah (A play on Citroen and "Kayah") from the planet Chalybeas (From "Chalybeate" mystical waters containing salts of iron possessed by the extinct "Chalybes" community in accordance to the enchanted strength element).

Fasttrack is a blue and black alien with two mask-like projections on his eyes. He moves at high speed like XLR8, and also has enhanced strength as he was strong enough to carry both Hulka and Tack without losing any speed, however, he doesn't easily stop from running, probably because he doesn't manipulate friction as XLR8 does. He made his first on-screen appearance in "Basic Training" where he saves Tack and Magister Hulka from a malfunctioned grenade. He will reappear in OV

Clockwork

Voiced by:
