Question: What article are you trying to edit? You've stated you need to edit an already existing article but want to add a new one; which is it? A few more edits and you'll be autoconfirmed anyway. I would like to be confirmed bc there are several articles locked that are still incomplete and or wrong. When I submitted an edit request the reply was Kurt and rude, and this person refused based on his personal thoughts, not what could be proven by link or reference. That he would decide what went into the article which is incomplete. What's the purpose if the info is not to be complete . I will never donate any more money as long as self blown gas bags are that arbitrary

 Not done You don't need confirmed permission to create articles. However, as you have clearly a conflict of interest, it is highly encouraged to create the article through the Articles for creation process. You should also read WP:FIRSTARTICLE.
