Is there a special permission needed to create an article that starts with Wikipedia: ? I want to add one to the simple English Wikipedia, but I am not sure if I need to get permission from an admin. (I am a trusted user on the Simple English, with rollback and patroller rights) Pending(tell me I screwed up
- Each Wikipedia is separate and has its own rules and policies, so you really need to ask that question on Simple.
- Here on the English Wikipedia, the prefix "Wikipedia" is used only for pages to do with the working of the site, policy pages such as Wikipedia:Verifiability and notice-boards like Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion. I am not familiar with Simple English Wikipedia, but pages like simple:Wikipedia:Manual of Style suggest that that is their practice, too. If you are proposing a new policy page on Simple, I would advise proposing it first on whatever is their equivalent of Wikipedia:Village pump (proposals) to see whether others agree. Your recent edits
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:17, 23 January 2014 (UTC)

How is my Entry a Neologism?
Please give me more info on exaclty what this means...and how the article I submitted is such a thing? — Preceding unsigned comment added by MickGinger (talk • contribs) 02:49, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
- The article did not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I suggest you read what they are and attempt to fix your article by finding things that make your article notable. This is why the article was declined. -PendingTell me I screwed up! 13:02, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
Thanks, but I have read them, and followed all of the guidelines. However, the reason was that this was a Neologism? This is incorrect...How much more notable is Time Magazine? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.83.254.2 (talk) 17:16, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
