XOX Berhad(MYX: 0165), DBA XOX, is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and SIM-free 2nd mobile number application provider in Malaysia, it is the first and only public listed MVNO in Malaysia. It uses the Celcom 2G and 3G network and was allocated the mobile number prefix of 010 by the MCMC. In year 2013, XOX launches XOX-Lifestyle, a business mobile plan.

2014

On January 2014, it launches it's SIM-FREE mobile number service called XOX-Voopee which shorten as Voopee. Voopee allows smartphones user with Andorid OS to download it's Voopee Application, to have a second mobile number without a SIM card needed. iOS and Windows Phone version is coming soon. Voopee is currently available in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Japan, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, China and Taiwan. Voopee will soon be available in Europe, United States and coming soon to Sweden using the e-horizon.[2]

On 9 April 2014, XOX introduced XOX Season Pass which will allow users to select the package plan they want.[3]

As of April 2014, XOX have more than 300,000 subscribers.
