Fair use rationale for Image:PhishTracking.jpg

Image:PhishTracking.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Tracking (video) → Tracking (documentary) – Two reasons. First, this isn't a "video", it is a documentary (recorded on videotape). Second, there is an existing Video tracking article, which is likely to be what readers are thinking of if they use this disambiguator. - I would agree that such a change improves the situation, but my concern is that there would remain some ambiguity between a film names "Tracking" and a process called "tracking" that might be used in film. bd2412 T 18:17, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Support per nom. "video" and "film" both suffer problems from tracking on tapes. Alternately Tracking (1994 film) would work. The current tile and "(film)" should redirect to the disambiguation page. -- 65.94.171.206 (talk) 05:55, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Support original proposal. As the always astute BD2412 indicates, special circumstances render the word "film" an inadequate disambiguating term in this case. It is best to specify that the film is a documentary. Xoloz (talk) 20:15, 13 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
