Matt, when your unblock request gets rejected by an administrator, you are supposed to post a fresh unblock request rather than attempting to change the wordings of a declined unblock request, as you did here. At the same time, I have seen that after I increased your block to indefinite, you've posted a cumulative acknowledgement of the issue on your talk page (and unfortunately deleted the same in consecutive edits). I see the effort you've taken and am assuming good faith that you will not repeat your edit warring behaviour again. I'm therefore reducing the block and allowing you to edit again. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you. Please stop continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to The American President, without resolving the problem that the template refers to.
