Pending changes reviewer

(add requestview requests)
Hello Wikipedia. While I haven't been an editor for a spectacular length of time, I have been extremely active in editing in the past month, and have been an almost religious reader of each featured article for what might amount to the past year. I am a very active STiki editor, having made more than 1800 classifications (not edits) using STiki. I edit almost exclusively vandalism, and feel that this permission would help me further contribute to Wikipedia among other things (such as letting me add a fancy userbox to my page!), but mostly for the contributions. Thank you for taking the time to read this entire request (albeit that is the concept of accepting/declining requests). k_scheik (talk) 18:54, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I now have rollback rights from Gilliam. k_scheik talk to me! 16:07, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Not done, you're doing well, but you've only been around for just over a month; I think you could do with some more time to fully get to grips with copyright/BLP/etc, which are issues reviewers need to be familiar with. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 23:32, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Active and experienced in the area of reverting vandalism using STiki. I have been using STiki back in 2012, and now resuming in the efforts of stopping vandalism once again. Mainly reverting vandalism and performing typo fixes to articles. Doing some tagging as well. Wikih101 (talk) 05:59, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Article creator, expander, collaborator on several DYK, GA, FA articles. 30+ year career as a publisher/writer which has given me hands-on experience with copyvio and the like. I have the extra time required to help the project. AtsmeConsult Agent 99 13:44, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I usually patrol recent changes and, if I'm not using huggle, I often come across pending changes that I wouldn't mind reviewing. I'd also like to be able to work directly on pending changes when I'd like to slow down a bit and take a break from the speed of recent changes. PhantomTech (talk) 03:12, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Done, but, @PhantomTech: I'd be much happier if your userpage was a blue link, even if it's just a redirect to your talk page—you're likely to come across confused new editors who are trying to contact you, and we should try not to make it easier for them if we can. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 13:57, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, thanks. I'll get my user page setup. PhantomTech (talk) 18:11, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I’m not especially interested in patrolling or counter-vandalism, but there are several PC-protected pages on my watchlist that I’d like to be able to handle when they come up. In particular, I think prompt approval of constructive edits can be encouraging to new contributors. I spend a lot more time here (reading/lurking) than my EC might imply, so I’m well acquainted with the relevant content policies. —Odysseus1479 19:49, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I have been reverting vandalism with STiki. I am a rollbacker and have helped out at AIV. TheMagikCow (talk) 15:44, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Not done, this conversation from the other day, which resulted in an admin instructing you not to decline AIV reports, suggests that you need more experience before taking on tasks that require you to make judgement calls. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 16:16, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I have been on WP since 2013, and since then, I have been a prolific Twinkle user and rollbacker. I am also familiar with policies on reviewers, vandalism, copyvios, etc. I wouldn't mind about either accepting or reverting edits for certain pages using the right.  Done I will have to agree with others that your signature may be too light of color to read clearly on a white background. MusikAnimal talk 22:36, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I have been reading the 'production' side of Wikipedia for years so I think I have a solid grasp of policy. I believe I have a good grasp of what is and is not vandalism although I do not go out of my way to look for it. Reviewing pending changes is a way I can contribute to the project even if I do not have the time for extended article development. Thank you for your consideration. I feel like I could be given reviewer rights because I know what and what isn't vandalism. I currently do have the rollback right, and I do have a lot of experience with Twinkle, Igloo, and Lupin's anti-vandal tool. I would like to thank you for looking at this request, and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Yoshi24517Chat Online 04:37, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
