Strangely someone seems to have reverted/removed his early history, so I've put it back in... There's quite a bit that could be added, someone just needs to dig through the BME posts about him so it can be referenced -- the progression of the tattoos, who did them, etc... Picture

The one uploaded to Wikimedia Commons may be a problem, the photographer Mariano Vivanco and fashion/creative director Nicola Formichetti being uncredited and the line not even out yet.
