Boston Militia - American Lacrosse League

A) Who is "Let'srun" and why do you have problems with my posting about the Boston Militia lacrosse team? B) Why has it taken you over 5 years to find this posting offensive or against your guidelines? C) Seriously....with all the incorrect garbage and you find a problem with a referenced , mfactual posting about a defunct sports team. You need to get a life!!

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from Southeast Football League, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think this article should be deleted, please do not add {{proposed deletion}} back to the page. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Hello Let'srun. I have removed the PROD of this article to give it a chance to develop. There is some independent reliable coverage and the mission of the organization appears to give exposure to underexposed communities. I hope those interested will flesh out the article. Kablammo (talk) 21:45, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from Neighborhood Public Radio, which you proposed for deletion. Please note that PROD is only for noncontroversial deletions. If you still think this article should be deleted, please do not add {{proposed deletion}} back to the page. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Cielquiparle (talk) 04:49, 25 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from Alco, Louisiana, which you proposed for deletion. Plenty of coverage found in Newspapers.com. Looks like insufficient WP:BEFORE and pattern of misuse of PROD. If you still think this article should be deleted, please do not add {{proposed deletion}} back to the page. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Cielquiparle (talk) 18:17, 25 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Lacrosse teams by year of disestablishment

Hi, you offered to nominate more categories like the case that was merged at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2023 November 12#Category:Lacrosse clubs disestablished in 2008. Whenever you're ready! Fayenatic London 17:31, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Let'srun: Dude why did you arbitarily close this Afd, when the thing is still running. Whats your game. That is a straight up WP:BADNAC and is unacceptable. The Afd hasn't even finished. scope_creepTalk 19:50, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you revert your WP:BADNAC close. scope_creepTalk 19:52, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't believe my close was inappropriate, but I have reverted it at your request. Let'srun (talk) 22:04, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Let'srun,
If you revert a deletion closure, please be sure that the page is retagged. I haven't looked at this closely enough to say whether it was a BADNAC but if you choose to close deletion discussions, you have to prepare to be challenged on your closure decisions, even when you think the situation is very clear. Well-intentioned editors can disagree. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 23:25, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

KGNG-LD and other Las Vegas low power TV stations

Hi Let'srun. I came across your PROD of KGNG-LD, and noticed that you have PRODed a few other stations as well. I think that there is a plausible argument that all of these stations combined, while not notable, should be merged into a list called something like List of low power TV stations in the Las Vegas Valley. Would you be open to undoing your PRODs and opening up a bundled AfD or merge request for whichever of the stations you think ought to be merged? Alternatively, if you're up for it and agree a list might be appropriate, everything can be boldly merged and redirected. voorts (talk/contributions) 21:18, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Voorts: I don't think that such a merge makes the stations suddenly notable as a group. If you wish to remove the PROD on them, be my guest. Let'srun (talk) 22:17, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

You are doing some good work in addressing articles that fall short of the mark in the American football realm. And I thank you for that. That said, I offer a piece of advice: We all (myself included) need to avoid over-personalizing deletion/merger discussions. It's hard to do at times, especially when we feel we are being attacked or that our efforts/opinions are not being respected/valued. When that happens, it's important to take a breath and think about what's really best for the encyclopedia (and not about winning or losing). Cbl62 (talk) 12:57, 27 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Marquee Broadcasting

Why have you proposed deleting Marquee Broadcasting? The company is a small broadcaster but it does own several major network affiliates around the country. Sure, it does not have the size of Nexstar or Sinclair, but why do you believe it should be deleted? There is plenty of sourced material in the article. In addition, why not nominate Sunbeam Television if you do not believe information about small broadcasters should be available on a Wikipedia page?
