Reward board is similar to the [[Wikipedia:Bounty board|bounty board]], where a donation to the Wikimedia Foundation is awarded for an article's promotion to featured status instead of payment to a specific editor.

The Wikimedia Foundation is not hiring and no payments are made by the Foundation. This is purely a forum for editors to offer rewards to other editors. Wikipedia's dispute resolution process will not consider any offer to be a binding obligation.

Please see [[Wikipedia:Conflict of interest]] for why substantial offers are a bad idea. See that guideline's talk pages for specific examples of disallowed money offers. Any offer added below that would make Wikipedia a more biased encyclopedia (would work ''against'' NPOV) should be deleted on sight. The reward board is a place where users who want a specific task related to Wikipedia (such as the promotion of an article to featured article status) can offer a reward to editors willing to take on the task, similar to the German edition's de:Wikipedia:Auftragsarbeiten.

How to offer a reward

If you would like to offer a reward such as the ones below, simply add an entry to the appropriate category of the New requests section. Add all the details that you feel are relevant to the reward, in a format similar to this pattern:

====Reward title====
*'''Offeror''': ~~~
*'''Date offered''': ~~~~~
*'''Request''': What needs to be done to claim the award.
*'''Reward''': The reward you are offering.
*'''Limit on rewards''': In the case of possible multiple rewards, any limit set.
*'''Expires''': Date until which your offer is to be considered valid.

In the case of a monetary offer, please specify country currency. Numerous countries use the same symbols.

Missingno. or Pwnage FA (or Pokemon Glitches)

  • Request: Take Missingno. or Pokemon Glitches and source it, and improve it to FA status. Either that or Pwnage.
