Declined. The proposed title could just as well refer to London Regional Transport or a bunch of other articles with "London Regional" in the title. I see no indication that London & Regional Properties is the predominant meaning. Huon (talk) 18:24, 17 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If a redirect is more likely to misdirect people than to direct them to the right place, creating a redirect is a bad idea. I see no indication (with the exception of a typo in the Battersea Power Station article which you happened upon and chose not to fix) that anybody refers to London & Regional Properties as "London Regional". How about providing some actual evidence of use? Preferably evidence that people looking for "London Regional" will be more likely to look for this company than for something else? Reason: This page was an article in the past, and was properly deleted via Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Haloid. That iteration of this article appears to have been some sort of fan-cruft. I discovered this will trying to create a redirect for Haloid to Xerox. Xerox's original name was "The Haloid Photographic Company", or just "Haloid". The Xerox article acknowledges the name at Xerox#History.
