Forty Five Cal, that nickname was formerly mentioned in the article, as were several others. See the discussion here, Talk:List_of_nicknames_of_Presidents_of_the_United_States#December_2016_-_removal_of_nicknames, which mentioned that as one which was removed. There was also one which was briefly popularized by Jon Stewart.
