Justin Ryan Cook (born April 4, 1982) is an American voice actor, anime dubber, line producer, ADR director, and audio engineer who works for anime-dubbing companies Funimation and Okratron 5000. He is most noted for his work on Yu Yu Hakusho and the Dragon Ball franchise.
