Tours Duo are two skyscrapers under construction, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, on the edge of the ring road and Ivry-sur-Seine.

The mixed-use project covers more than 108,000 m2. It mainly houses offices, which will house the headquarters of the Natixis bank (BPCE Group),[1] but also a hotel,[2] a restaurant, a bar with a panoramic terrace overlooking Paris,[3] an auditorium, shops and green terraces.[4]

When completed, the Tour Duo n°1, with 180 m,[5] will be the third tallest building in the capital after the Eiffel Tower (324 m) and the Tour Montparnasse (209 m), at par with the future Tour Triangle. The whole must complete the "belt" formed by several towers and high-rise buildings at the gates of Paris[6]

Work began at the end of March 2017, delivery of the two towers is scheduled for 2021.[7]
